Another great perk is access to the locker rooms and saunas. I feel the entire facility is kept clean and organized. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

I was given a card to try a free class in a specific month and called this location, which is closer to where I live. It's been open since October of 2020. The owner Kim is very nice. Before I went in for my first session, I called them, and I was able to try a session there. They were so nice about it and sent me a reminder text the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I went in, Kim showed me around the facility and spoke to me about the benefits and how things work. It's accessible 24x7 and has certain hours staffed. Unstaffed hours there is a help device and a couple of neck ones you can wear with you in case of an emergency. There's a monthly membership option ($59 unlimited classes) and an option to pay for a set amount of classes (4 or 8) that you can use anytime. You have to purchase a mat and towel from them ($99). These are made to not melt or release any toxins, which is the reason why. The location is great and easy to find. It's in a plaza with other business and plenty enough parking. One thing I'd point out is that the ceilings are not too high inside the exercise sauna pods. I'm 5'7 and I did the yoga, and when i had to stretch my arms, they were almost touching the ceiling. Since the place is 24hrs thats important to me. They have a security guard that patrols and a life alert-like system that you can activate if you feel like you need emergency assistance. I found out that they have aqua rowers and I couldn't wait to try them since I love rowing. The dual handles really provide more range of motion options for working out your arms. I loved it. The walls are low & close, which is a little odd because in all of the informational videos they have way more than enough space. I definitely would not have three people in one room two is more than enough. When signing up it is a minimum 3 month plan. Also I did find it a little weird I went back & fourth with Hattie on the enrollment price. When I walked in the sign said $20 enrollment && I had spoken to someone on Saturday & asked her if the $20 enrollment included the mat & towel she told me yes. When it was time to sign up she said the $20 was over bc that was last month. I wasn't feeling to well so I was kind of out of it but I reminded her the sign outside literally says $20 enrollment. She said she would change it & did!! I also told her my cousin referred me, she told me they they don't do anything with referrals, as soon as I signed up and got the app they definitely do do something for referrals lol Also, as soon as I got home, I saw that the enrollment for the month is now 4$. So it was a little weird that she kept pushing the $99 enrollment when I was aware of the $20 and for the month of July they're doing a 4$ enrollment. I'm a member at CrossFit Terminus in downtown Atlanta but sometimes my girlfriend and I are in Alpharetta two or three times out of the week visiting family up there. We were able to get a pass for $135 that allows us to visit 10 times on a drop in instead of joining completely. This is awesome because we never know when we will have to use it. Upon our first drop in and every single one after the staff and all of the members were very friendly and came up to talk to us. In some boxes they just aren't like that and you feel very unwelcome. If we did live in Alpharetta we would 100% be members completely at this box. I recommend if you live in the Alpharetta area or even kind of close that you make the drive out there to make sure you keep looking good naked in the mirror!

As someone who loves doing Solidcore and other group fitness classes, I was excited about trying out F45 today. We chose this particular location because of the location and I wanted to see if this would be something I could add into my weekly routine and possibly get a membership. My in-laws who are long time members in Houston for the last 9 years have talked about it and really advocated for it being the best workout gym for the longest time, so we jumped on it and signed up. Unfortunately, my father in-law's app was not able to work but he was able to book my mother-in law on her app. As a family who has a background in hospitality, sales, and healthcare and have been in these different fields for many years, we were very disappointed with our first 5 minutes of interaction. We understand the type of attitude and people who can keep a business successful and will drive clients back into the studio. When we first entered into the building and told the front desk it was my husband and I's first time ever in an f45 studio, the front desk associate was not welcoming whatsoever. She was abrupt and had a very dry personality. We filled out our waivers and waited for my father in-law to come in from parking the car. My father in-law explained the situation and she was not empathetic or accommodating. I do get it rules are rules. It was an app issue. However, it could have been handled differently. It was the combination of her attitude and not being able to be empathic which was our biggest disappointment. An alternative way that could have been addressed would be like "I am sorry you went through that. Unfortunately, it was an app issue and we do have a policy here. Here is a solution..." We would have been like okay we get it. Things happen. Lastly, you are the first person, a client sees when they enter your business. You have to act like you want our business. I am not the type to write reviews to bring down someone's business, but it was such a big disappointment.
