The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, especially the owner, Greg. With his too many to list degrees and certifications, he has an answer to every problem you can come up with. The quality of instruction is exceptional here. Do not be intimidated, they are extremely patient, regardless of your level of fitness. Beginners (like my scrawny self) will feel completely welcome and soon be breathing fire like the rest of the group. Some gyms make you drink the CoolAid, this one is much more down to earth, interested only in results for YOUR goals.
