Clean and opened up with natural lighting, lightly scented with a heavenly aroma that eased my breathing instantly...the energy is just right! They have matts and props to borrow (free of charge!) that are kept in great condition and a restroom if you need to change. This being my first Yoga session ever, I was worried about my own capabilities, but Nancy made it such a fulfilling first experience! As soon as I walked in the studio, I was kindly welcomed and introduced to the studio set-up. Nancy guided me (and the class) through each position with great instructions and tips. She gave plenty of attention to each of the students which is something you don't always get in other classes/studios. I probably didn't get the poses right but just after one session, I am breathing better and my body feels sturdy! Can't wait to go back. Thank you for the great session! Additional note: They take reservations online ($12/session) or you can just drop-in ($10/session). They also offer packages for multiple visits.
