Just tons of encouragement and praise from members and trainers alike!! Is it clean? It is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been in!! The equipment is sparkling clean as are the floors. The locker rooms, sauna and showers are spotless. Members are very diligent in wiping down the equipment they are finished using. Overall Vive is a great investment!!! I understood that this training would be free if I were to succeed in completing the 6 week program, otherwise I would pay the cost of the training. I was excited to start this challenge. When I arrived for my orientation, I was told that we were going to disregard the advertisement and promptly shown the cost of their personal training programs (over $1,000/month). I lost all trust with this gym. Even though the facilities seemed fine, the false advertisement and tactics that were used to get me in the door were ultimately the reason I will never go back. Caution: Vive only cares about how much money they can get you to pay them. They have little interest in you or your health goals.

It amazes me that I can arrive with a stiff back, or tight shoulder, and leave touching my toes with no pain. I highly recommend if you are feeling stiff due to aging or orthopedic aches. I never thought I could be this flexible and strong. I see Katherine and there are other instructors, including her Mother who teach multiple different private and group classes.
