The atmosphere is supportive, and I feel stronger every session. I also met with Elina, the owner, who created a meal plan for me. I've been following it for the past two weeks, and I've already seen progress--my muscle mass has increased, and my % body fat has decreased in such a short time. I'm really excited to keep going on this journey and see what progress I can make! If you're looking for a welcoming, structured place to get stronger, I definitely recommend Fitnello.

They get a little more challenging every time but not too much that I can't handle. And I love that I don't have to think about what I'm doing or when I'm going to do when I come in, the trainers just tell you what to do. I love that. And I feel like I got a good workout, even in just 20 minutes. Everybody is really nice and they seem very knowledgeable about personal training but also if you have any injuries that you have to watch out for etc. I recommend this place if you're looking to build strength, especially if you're not like a cardio crazed person, because they don't do that here. Cardio is not what my body needs and they know it and they give you what your body needs to tone, firm, strengthen, and even lose weight.

    I'm 52 years old and was not in good shape when I met Travis at Fitness MD in January of 2025 for a…read morepersonal training session. I worked with him regularly. He did an assessment and helped me gradually ramp up. He specifically tailored my training regimen to account for a few old and major injuries I had (right shoulder surgery for 3rd degree A/C separation and femoral rod placement in my left leg, and a mesh placement for an abdominal hernia), my age and fitness level at that time. I was a big cardio guy so his practice of warming up with cardio before moving to strength training suited me well. I worked my way up to doing cardio 6 days a week (3 days of stationary bike and 3 days running) and weight training 3 days a week, making sure to rest one day a week. I am happy to announce that I just finished my first 10k race in 4 years, and I have to give Travis and Fitness MD a lot of credit for helping me get ready for that without injuring myself! I finished 32nd overall in the race and 4th in the 50-59 age group. I logged my best time in a long time, so overall I'm extremely happy with the results! They'll tell you that I was the one that did the work, but I feel I wouldn't have gotten here without their planning and guidance! I'm extremely grateful to both Travis and Fitness MD! Highly recommend!
