He is able to create an individualized plan for each person and adapt exercises to the person's physical requirements. Adam truly cares about his clients, and invests himself in each of his clients' individual success. You won't regret your choice to go to Adam for your fitness needs! Original post follows: Adam changed my life! I worked out with Adam for about 8 months (and would still be working out with him, if I hadn't moved out of state), and I am SOOOO happy with the results I saw! Not only did I lose 30 pounds of fat in the first three months, but I gained so much confidence, it's unreal! I got in the best shape of my life, and I owe it all to Adam. He is an amazing trainer, and, even better, he's a great support team. No matter what, he's always there to pump me up and keep me on track to my goals. Adam has changed my life, and I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone, skilled athlete or reformed couch potato. :) Adam is, in my opinion, the BEST TRAINER anyone could ask for. :)

The fact of the matter is, this is the best gym I have been a member of. I joined Raw Fit a little over a year ago after receiving a free 7 day trial. I knew after the first day that this was the gym for me, so I disregarded the remaining 6 days on my trial and signed up for a full membership. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Raw Fit has created an environment which welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. They create workout plans which enable all members to achieve their fitness goals. They do all of this with avoiding gimmicks, not selling you on diet fads or supplements, or any other "get fit quick" schemes. Basically they show you if you put in the work and eat a sensible diet, you will see the results. That's it. At this gym, no one judges. Everyone encourages each other to do their best and get better each day. Because of the mixture of great trainers and great members, this is the first time in my life where I look forward to going to the gym each day. Truly a life changing experience. Is this the right gym for you? I don't know. If you go to the gym to be seen, show off your new workout clothes, chat and gossip, look at yourself in the mirror, etc...this may not be the gym for you. If you go to the gym to improve your health, be around encouraging people trying to achieve the same goals, put in an hours worth of work to see results, etc...then you should consider Raw Fit. I have nothing but positive things to say about Raw Fit and I hope to see you there!
