They update the machines as often as they can; it's definitely not Texas Iron Republic where they specialize in body building and have advanced/expert equipment but all the essentials you need are there. Due to the increase of members though I do wish the place was bigger to accommodate; I've switched to 5am workouts to beat the crowd.

The fine print says that management can cancel for any reason. I have emailed regional management and have gotten no response. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

The issue is the lack of care that seems to be here. They only have 2 treadmills and since I signed up a few months ago only one has been working. It would make sense to take care of the equipment you invested in that also benefits the customers. But that's just me.

The people that work here are solid, but being understaffed for 2 weeks solid is an ownership issue. Being cheap on labor always causes problems for businesses long term. In that area, they have machines that I've never saw in other PF locations such as the ab coaster. I love how all of the ab machines are in the same area and you have to go hunt for it on the floor. Also, they have 4 hip adductor/abductor machines. I love that they have multiple so you aren't waiting. There is a huge area to use free weights and kettlebells with several mats. The staff in the front is great! They are friendly and don't speak very much to you. I had one full encounter with one front desk chick. She questioned me about getting a picture, but immediately didn't continue to approach me since she knew that I got my membership out of state. I want very minimal face to face interaction with anyone while I am exercising so that I can be locked in. Now, some of the treadmills are busted. There are two on the floor that has holes under the belts. There is one where the front plate (where you put your phone) is completely missing. There is one treadmill that is so broken that it immediately stopped on me while I incline walking at 4.5 mph. That was dangerous. I told the front desk staff and he assessed it. I have issues with some of the treadmills, but not all of them are like that, just a few. The rest of the machines are good. The gym is clean and there are several clearly marked TV channels below the TVs. I've been in the mornings and it usually packed with older adults. In the evenings after 5:00 PM, it is packed with young adults/teenagers. The teenagers can be very loud and rowdy. When I come at early mornings, there is still people there. I enjoy coming to this location. Parking lot is huge too.
