I really enjoyed my time at this gym-every coach was really knowledgeable about the best way to teach the moves, as well as "scale" according to my needs. I was never once judged by a coach or another member for being a beginner to working out and over the course of the 6 weeks I was encouraged to go further in my workout. I really liked going to the early AM classes, because it was a smaller group size and a little quieter. The afternoons/after work are busy, but definitely enough room in the classes that the coach was able to give you individualized attention. If you're looking for a space that is inclusive and supportive, while still learning to be a crossfit warrior, this is for you :)

My son lives in Seattle WA and Jake along with the whole AMDS team (Tony and Karina) gave my son a zoom lesson so he would be up to speed on the dance since we couldn't practice locally. I can't express how grateful I am for their time and thoughtfulness. Along with my mother/son dance, Jake taught me beginning salsa and other latin dances. They devised a lesson plan that helps me to reach the dance goals that I have set for myself, and since I am new at this, I need lots of help! As my instructor, Jake is not only a skillful dancer, but gifted at making people feel comfortable. Karina, also an instructor, possesses a quiet grace that most women aspire to attain in dance. Tony and Julie, the owners of Arthur Murray of Cary bring decades of combined experience, with both dancing and instructing. They are both enthusiastically involved in the development of their students and instructors. But most important of all, when you walk in the door of Arthur Murray of Cary, you become a part of something much bigger than just a dance studio, you become a part of their family. Well, this means you didn't have to go twice a week to make up for what you didn't have the chance to do originally. This is not what we were told when we purchased. I went back back-and-forth, whether I should post or not. We have chosen to go to a different place because we felt lied to and cheated out of a lot of money. I would not recommend this company anymore, and I hope they change their business practices to something more ethical.

She has taken lessons here since she was 5 months old and continues to love swimming. The pool is her happy place! They regularly assess the students to provide feedback and move them up to different levels when they're ready. It's great to see all the new things she learns and can do as she moves up in levels and see her confidence grow. She was able to swim the length of a pool on her own by the time she was 4 and continues to grow as a strong swimmer thanks to the teachers here. The teachers are all friendly and helpful. The pool is big and warm and the facilityare clean. The weekly swim lessons are a great way to help our child get regular exercise and develop as a swimmer.

Also the workplace is very vibrant and suitable for kids. I would suggest.

He learned how to move his arms and legs and she even let go and we watched him swim on his own a bit for the very first time! We watched him have so much progress in just 10 minutes here than the few months he did at a different swim school. The instructor was so sweet, lots of smiles and high fives, checking on him and making sure he was comfortable and that he felt safe. He learned so much in just one visit. The facility is really nice, lots of decorations for the kids, plenty of room in the changing rooms, a dryer to dry swim clothes in seconds, snacks, and diapers, swim gear you can buy, they've pretty much thought of everything. I highly recommend this swim school.

We started lessons to be safer in the water but now he likes to come because it's fun and a challenge to improve and move up levels. The place is super cute inside. It has showers and individual changing rooms. Furthermore, I've had numerous interactions where I feel they're condescending and unprofessional... not the type of people who should be working with kids.

Growing up I played CASL and now I play TASL (which is the version for adults), the co-ed division which uses the WRAL Soccer Center fields for all of their games. The only downsides: location is a bit far for me and getting in and out can congested depending on the time and day.
