I think they start at around $45 if I remember correctly. They are located in Nashville. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town. I usually have to drive to Rocky Mount if I want a smoothie :( - not anymore!!!

Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! After asking the price of the monthly membership I got an answer of 20.99 per month which included the "fitness classes". After buying this monthly membership I found out that other people were getting special treatment and discounts.. because they know the family that owns the business, they were friends with staff, etc. Come to find out that THREE people I knew around the area were only paying 11.99-14.99 a month.. all of them varying in prices. When I found this out I confronted the girl behind the counter and she quickly offered me a discount to hush up. Needless to say, I left the membership and the gym completely. After asking for a new quota this year they are now charging $25.99-$30 per month for their limited equipment, and packed Zumba classes. In my opinion this gym is not worth even $11 a month. They barely have any cardio equipment, and the weight section is usually all taken up by buff intimidating men who look at you weird when you try to work out. Would not recommend, and if the business tries to take this review down I have screenshots for proof on the different amounts taken out of my bank account when I was a member, and a message from the business telling me how much their membership is now. Go to planet fitness please, less intimidating there and you get so many more benefits.
