The big issue came later when I found a valuable item was missing and it had to be done on the packing side. The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks.
