DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM!!!!! Used them twice. First time went well second time not so much. They ruined our entrance gate. The ripped the gate off and refused to reimburse us for the damage they caused. They are blaming us even though they had been to our property on a previously and had entered without issue. over 2 hours late for the drop off and did not call. Let me start by saying I have never posted a review for a company, until now. I wanted to leave a review since Tony and team at Fast Track Moving have literally saved my family when I called last minute to request an emergency move for my mom with only a three day notice. Not only did Tony answer my call immediately, his kindness and willingness to help get my mom moved meant everything to my family and I. This was no ordinary move, my mom has way too much stuff and lots of animals and terrible anxiety. I let Tony know in advance what to expect on move day. He and team showed up on time and were very prepared for every instance where my mom wanted certain items moved to her specifications or wrapped a particular way for moving. They were exceptionally kind to my mom with her stress and anxiety as well as my whole family. Their professionalism and efficiency are top notch!! Needless to say, with the amount of stuff my mom had, we needed to ask them to help longer than expected and without hesitation, Tony said no problem and stayed until the job was done 3 hours longer. We hired Tony and the crew to take an entire apartment's worth of furniture and pack it into a PODS container for shipping out of state. Not only were they on-time and ready to roll, but they arrived 15 minutes early! I showed them the boxes and furniture, pointed out the fragile items that we still hadn't managed to pack, and they were off to the races! Excellent team work and direction. One guy spent the whole time in the PODS stacking the boxes and furniture the second guy was bringing in from the pile while Tony focused on packing the fragile items and making sure everything was landing in the shipping container safely and securely. They worked fast... very fast... but at no time did we feel there was a lack of attention to detail and safety (of our items or their own physical safety). We have another moving project on the horizon and we'll be calling Fast Track for sure! Great company! read more

I had set up a move date and paid my deposit. I was going through a very tumultuous divorce from a very abusive ex and explained to Tony the delicate matter. He assured me they would be flexible and accommodating. When my ex blocked me from moving that day I had to postpone the move until there was a settlement with the assets. Tony kept my deposit. After a few months and not being able to reach a settlement with my ex I called the office to say I'm just going to need to cancel and need my deposit back. The lady refused to refund me and told me I cant speak with Tony directly. The move never happened, they provided no service and kept my money. I will never use this company in the future. read more

Wow! They really live up to their name. I called today to have a couch disposed, got a quote and was able to be scheduled in right away. Tony was quick, efficient and professional! There's no way I would've been able to move the couch and lug it to a curb to wait for a donation truck to come get it. They also took COVID 19 precautions which I appreciated. read more

This is my first move in central valley from an apartment to a house. I called tony the night before receiving my keys to my house and he came to take a look at how many boxes i had and explained to me with great detail on what size truck i needed how many of his men it would take to get the job done quickly and my estimate was such a great price! He came the very next day & adjusted because my move time i pushed it back by 2 hours and he was flexible and still came on time & had great communication skills the whole time! He moved me out and was able to set up my King size bedframe and other frames with 4 hours and now i see why his company is called fast track! I can not say enough wonderful things about this company! Tony was thorough and up front. Honest about every step of the process. The team came with energy, good personalities and WORK ETHIC! Careful and considerate with all our items wrapping and packaging to properly protect and load the truck... running safely and quickly between items. They were not only prompt/on-time but offered an early arrival which we happily accepted! They were grateful and funny and enjoyable to work with. This was an overall much more relaxing experience as we were able to fully trust our movers!!! Jeremy was amazing! Strong and eager and so fun to spend our day with. Amazing service! I had to move last minute and they were available on the day I needed (Saturday). They moved my 2 bedroom apartment to a storage unit. They were super friendly. They worked quick, but safely. Kept checking in with me to make sure what needed to be taken. If they saw a box that was marked fragile, they communicated it to all members. They also wrapped items so they wouldn't get scratched (No extra charge). They took my king sized bed frame apart. They also offered a veteran discount which is always a plus. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Don't let the truck and trailer deter you, they fit my whole apartment in there!! read more

What I thought was going to be a simple move of four pieces of furniture turned out to be more of a challenge and they were very accommodating. The furniture turned out to be too heavy for just two people and I was moving from a downstairs unit to an upstairs unit across town, but once we started trying to dismantle the furniture we determined that it wasn't going to work. The game plan now was to remove it from the current space and dispose of it. They happily changed the work order and took load to the disposal site at no extra charge. Tony, the owner is about as kind and professional as they come and treated our cross-state move as his absolute top priority... quelling any and all fears and stressors immediately. His team of men not only bust their behinds to get the work done quickly and conscientiously, but they are the nicest guys you'll ever meet... treating your great grandma's antique chair as if it is the most precious thing on the planet. They had a 2100 square foot house packed in less than four hours... AND we definitely didn't have our crap together AT ALL. They not only worked around us patiently, but helped us out immensely in packing up the awkward stuff. For real, if I weren't already married, I would invite these guys to my wedding after spending two days with them in a high stress situation. The quality and value of the service that Fast Track provided was absolute top-notch and if I ever moved again there isn't anyone else I'd call. We originally planned on using PODS and packing them up ourselves... Tony rolled up and gave us an amazing quote plus the immediate peace of mind that it would be done FAR better than we/PODS ever could... and my goodness he did NOT disappoint.
