July 10th 2024, 2 days after Hurricane Beryl. City still has nearly 1.5 million people without power. Needed emergency tree branch removal after Hurricane Beryl, branches were on my house and on the fence between houses. Celine was super responsive, Jason came that night (after working emergency removals all day) and quoted me an extremely fair rate, and the capability to complete the task the very next morning. This all during a time when millions of people are without power and in the same situation. Not only are all of these things above and beyond what could have been imagined, but Jason was a consummate professional, with a joyful personality. He showed up with a text message 20 minute notice, and did all the clean up with a smile and a reassuring attitude. I promise you this, Celine and Jason with Cross States Landscape will be my only point of contact for ALL of my future landscaping projects. 100% recommend. read more

I selected Cross States Landscaping over 4 other companies who also provided quotes and was extremely happy with the work, communication and value. I used them to plant new sod, plants in my flower bed, mulch my existing flower beds and install landscape borders/stone. Celine and Jason are not only excellent communicators, they are dependable, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Jason went above and beyond my expectations and took the extra time to explain every step of the process and even taught me how to take care of my older plants. Celine, who handles the business office, was very friendly and the prices were very fair. I was so happy with the experience that I hired them for more work! read more

I hired them after having a patio constructed and it killed a lot of my grass. It took a while for them to come out due to the rain and to obtain enough sod to finish the project. They kept me updated until the job was completed. I was very satisfied and would use them again if needed. read more

I needed to cut down an Italian cypress on my front lawn that died during the winter freeze, so I requested a quote and Celine and John came out to take a look at it. They provided a quote quickly and were flexible when I changed the scope of the job. Celine was very communicative throughout the process without being pushy, which I appreciated. When their guys came to remove the tree, they did a great job (although originally they left 3 inches of the stump sticking out, so I would just make sure you are there), but after the 2nd pass it looked fantastic and you couldn't even tell that there used to be a tree there! read more

I've been using Cross-States Landscape for the last couple of years. We built a house and they have helped us design and install landscaping, as well as doing some ongoing annual maintenance work. They are great to work with, can usually find inventory when outer landscapers can't, and are always quick and efficient. Strongly recommend! read more

They were very helpful and listened for exactly what work we needed to get done (which included mowing, filling in holes, and picking up a lot of leaves).
