Once settled on the final choice, everything went smoothly and they worked with us on the timing to have it completed before our out of town guests arrived. One more thing. They definitely stand behind their product and their work. We had a slow leak in a wall that we had noticed since the shower had been installed about a year prior, and we thought, oh no! We called them to come out and take a look to see if there might be an issue with the new shower and they came right away! The leak was behind an old bathtub and NOT what they had installed. Everything they did was as dry as a bone, including the fixtures (which they removed to check the wall behind). These are incredibly nice, honest men who do an A-1 job and take pride in what they do.
