Almost $700 a month payments, but I guess it's worth it ‍

Sales and Finance people were pretty nice, but I wish I would have sold my car on my own instead of doing a trade-in, because they only gave me $4,000 for a 2017 Kia Soul with new brakes, tires, regular oil changes, etc. Seems really low for a car that i bought for $24,000 - 6 years ago. They gave me $500 off list price as a "loyalty" reward, but it doesn't make up for the $1500 they took off my trade in because it had a scratch on the back panel. Seems a little shady to me.

I work at Cronin Kia in the Sales Department and I'm very proud to say The Cronin family has been in business in the automotive industry for over 70 years. We believe the success of our dealership is a result of the way we do business. The reason we focus so much on the customer experience being great is that we know in order for us to be in business for the next 70 years, it has to be!...and because YOU deserve it! 513-202-5831 Jeff Harper

Jeff Harper and Frank (a new salesman) were very helpful and to make a long story short we ended up buying the car.

Buyer beware! We found the perfect used truck. It showed rust on the bumper and tail gate. The…read moresalesman voluntarily told us they were replacing the bumper and would take care of the rust on the tailgate. We declined the extended warrantee since the truck was already 12 years old with most likely limited coverage. We test drove, backed up, went different speeds, all seemed good. Did a visual inspection. Due to our age we did not crawl under it but did look under the hood. All seemed fine. We came back to pick it up with the new bumper installed and no rust showing on the tailgate anymore. We back out and a backup alarm goes off which did not happen on our test drive. The salesman says no problem and resets it. We were so excited about the new bumper we didn't notice all they did was cover the tailgate rust with black tape to blend in. That is not my idea of taking care of rust. With in 24 hrs we have oil leaking under the truck in our drive. We backup and the backup alarm goes off again. As we had no issues with the backup alarm prior to the new bumper being installed, it appeared the new bumper most likely was not installed correctly with the electrical system. We now cannot backup without resetting it every time. We took it to our mechanic for the oil leak and he showed us that this was not a sudden new leak but an existing one caused by severe rust. I called and spoke to the owner as I was told my salesman was busy with a customer. He asked me to wait while he pulled up the file. Without me saying why I was calling he asks if bought the extended warrantee? I said no and he proceeds to start a rant, shouting at me as to how irresponsible I am, I should always buy one, not his problem. I said can I explain why I am calling? He said don't interrupt him and he continued to berate me not allowing me to say anything. I attempted several times to speak and finally disengaged the call as he refused to let me speak. My husband called back later to speak to him identifying himself as my husband and said he had some questions. The owner starts shouting at my husband as he did to me, saying I hung up on him, not his problem, should have bought the extended warrantee, etc. My husband said can he just say something? He shouted at my husband stop interrupting and continued to shout louder and faster. My husband finally disengaged the call as he would not let him talk either. Shame on us for not having the truck inspected by our mechanic BEFORE buying as the leak would have been seen immediately along with other issues that indicated the price was not worth it. What you see is not necessarily what you think you are getting. Bottom line, if you are considering a vehicle from Queen City Motors. Don't make the mistake we made. Get a mechanic to check the vehicle out completely as you may not be getting what you think you are. If you go with the extended warrantee, be sure you know exactly what is covered. I doubt mechanical failure by rust is covered especially on a 12 year old vehicle.

I saw my car in transit a few weeks ago and asked about it online. From that moment until delivery, Patrick communicated constantly with status updates and got all of my paperwork in order. It was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a finance manager's office. This is a small family business and I wish they all could run like this. I kept waiting for something to be slipped in on the finance paperwork. Some VIN etching they already did. Some underbody rust coating. Some extended warranty I don't need. All of the usual dealer tricks. It never happened. I paid the exact amount they quoted from in the very beginning. I've bought Chevy for years but now I have a dealer I would make my first stop when looking for the next new car.

Never returned a call for a quote for tires and acted like "oh well, we don't care" when we went to the oil change. Car wash was not working. Not even confident they did change the oil/service the vehicle. One person working - and he was sent over from the Ford dealership. Certainly not the experience I would have had with Hirlinger. Very sorry they are no longer the owners. I'm looking for a new vehicle, it won't be from them.

Weinle MotorSports dba Michael J's Auto Sales uses the term "AS IS" to sell unfit vehicles without any regards to the safety of the public or concern for the financial well being of its customers. It is my opinion that Weinle Motorsports disgraces all other used car dealerships in Ohio I purchased a 2002 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCab from From Weinle Motorsports online and it was delivered by trailer to my home in Kentucky. This Vehicle was unfit to drive on due to the numerous safety issues which include : 1) The rear brake line was rotted and crimped closed and the master cylinder did not hold fluid. 2) The wheel Bearings were so Bad that the wheel on the right side Wobbled. 3) The fuel filter leaked fuel and sprayed high pressure aerosol fuel which is a fire hazard. 4) The tires were dry rotted which created the possibility of a sidewall blow out. 5) The Emissions Control Systems were tampered with and had No Catalytic Converters. The exhaust Manifolds were covered in some kind of plastic epoxy to quiet the noise of faulty and leaking exhaust. Only 2 of 8 studs were intact on the right side of the engine. 6) Michael Weinle in a previous text message stated that he did a tune up and another time said he put on a muffler. This is absolutely not true. . Also Injector No 1 was unplugged to prevent blow-by of the Manifolds. I very much understand the term "As Is Where Is" and I was just fixing all of the problems I have described and many more which I have not described, until I understood what was done to the manifolds. This was a purposeful attempt to deceive me or any buyer of this truck. The manifolds can not be seen easily and it takes the removal of the inner fender wells to get to this area. This dealer cheated, and when combined with all of the safety issues, it paints a pretty good picture that he did in fact create a substantial risk to human life. This vehicle was sold to drive on the road, sold to an unwitting consumer ,and it's not just the consumer at risk but everyone else who drives at close proximity to this vehicle. Yes, accidents happen, but this dealer is profiting and increasing the statistical probability of accidents by his bad business practices. I spent a whole week trying to work out this with Michael Weinle and Mr. Weinle responded by calling me vulgar Names. In a conversation with Mr."Tory," one of the employees of Weinle Motorsports, I commented that Mike Weinle just started yelling at me and it seemed to me he did too much cocaine. Mr "Tory" responded "uh-huh yep that's him". I feel I must include this information because it is relevant to the character of the dealership. It seems that much more may be wrong at this dealership than just a bad car here and there. I have a complete transcription of the text messages between Michael Weinle and myself as well as a complete parts replacement list which includes some specialty tools that are specific to the repairs that I performed along with a timesheet for hours of labor. I am not currently in a business that repairs for profit although I am a qualified mechanical technician who owns a registered company in Kentucky with an hourly rate of 85 dollars per hour. It was suggested that I could suggested possibly return this truck for a complete refund by exerting legal pressure upon the dealer. I cannot and must not pass this problem along. If I just returned this truck there is the possibility of it being resold "as is" all over again. The person I am today will not entertain that kind of action. What I would like first and foremost is the protection of the public by means of withdrawing his business licenses. Secondly, I would like to see fines and financial consequences against this company. Finally I would like to see my own compensation for the damages and repairs that were mandatory for me to safely drive this truck, and I would like to see that if others had complaints for issues, that they too could be compensated for their losses. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKD2Vl-n2MY&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yq53ekBacM&feature=youtu.be

Let me state first that I was not compensated in any way for this review...it comes from the fact…read morethat few businesses are this customer friendly and efficient! Mark at Car Audio Plus is honest, down to earth, polite, quite electronically knowledgeable and FAST!!! And while he doesn't have a fancy show room like several other dealers I had stopped by or looked into, he got the job done at WAY below what I had come to expect after talking to other dealers. Here's the story, especially for GM truck and SUV owners! I have an older Chevrolet Suburban that had an old flat screen/gps/cd/dvd player radio that suffered from a common malady (see GM Suburban, Tahoe, Silverado blogs) of parasitic battery drain caused by the stereo nav radio, even when the ignition was off. I took it to a local GM dealer to have the parasitic battery drain problem diagnosed ($300) only to discover that it was indeed the radio and it was a common problem. Then I got the kicker! The dealer said those radios were no longer available from GM (which I had assumed, the vehicle was over 10 years old) but that they could get a remanufactured radio and they would install it for an additional $2700!!! Now the total was gonna be $3000! Since Bluetooth was NOT a part of my factory radio (BT came out in the middle of the year in which my car was built), I decided this was NOT an economical idea, nor a practical solution as I still would not have blue tooth! I researched several local dealers, and one in my old neighborhood in south Dayton, and found they were going to sell me a cd/dvd player equipped stereo radio for more than half of the $2700 Chevy was gonna charge. Then I thought, I'll give a local installer A chance. So I contacted Mark at Car Audio Plus in Harrison, Ohio and got an estimate on what I THOUGHT I needed, and he installed it in one day, for far below what others had quoted. Then I discovered, do to my horror, having not realized how things had changed in 12 years, that it wouldn't do what I wanted! I had ASKED for the wrong model radio!!! I called Mark back, told him it didn't do what I thought it would, and without flinching he said, Bring it back, we'll get you the upgrade you need at a slight difference in price, and I had a new, fantastic BT/ car stereo/nav system/ cd/ DVD player installed the very next day...NOW NOW THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Other businesses need to follow MARK'S example!!! I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Car Audio Plus!!!
