Everyone I dealt with at this branch, especially, Karen G., were very helpful, considerate and efficient. And recently, this branch went the extra mile for me when there was a reclamation issue on the account and they resolved it quickly. Dealing with the "Courtesy Cash Department" of First Financial was an exercise in futility and hypertension. Thank you Harrison Branch for being competent and caring and resolving all my issues.

I have been trying to open a checking account for more than two weeks. I already have a savings…read moreaccount there, but I had to apply oneline, unfreeze my credit report (and pray the identity thieves don't find out), unfreeze my consumer file (and again pray the identity thieves don't find out), AND call their customer service line to upload my driver's license and take some annoying picture. So after all that, I think they're going to do their jobs. No! I called to follow up because I didn't hear back after three days, and they said they needed me to resend the back of my driver's license -- after they had told me my identity was verified! So are they incompetent or liars or both? Very disappointing. I hope it gets better from here, but I'm not optimistic.
