Had a great experience with them for title in the purchase of our new home in SE Indiana. Lots of over-qualified women doing their jobs like a boss. A very pleasant environment, incredibly helpful people, and despite how busy they clearly always are, they're happy to answer any and all questions, via email or on the phone for as long as you need. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality during the process, while the pricing (well-compared) was in the top 2 best (ie: lowest pricing) of all the ones in the area. I'm a detailed person, and she explained things super well. Ruthanne and Andrea both. Actual signing was a breeze. They happily sent my documents to me via pdf the day before to preview and read in advance, answered all my questions, a middle initial typo, and got us to table on time all in that last 12 hours. You should shop around, because that's what you're supposed to do, but when you're done doing that due diligence... I'm telling you, you have no reason NOT to choose Dearborn. Professional. Timely.
