One of the worst tax organizations I have ever dealt with. Their inability to return phone calls, emails as well as poor basic accounting practices on their own, was enough for me to seek another firm. I am always stressed with trying to communicate to an accountant during tax season and usually end up filing late because of not being able to reach them/not knowing they need more information. Twice over the next few days they called and asked a few questions and were able to help me figure out what to include and what not to in my answers. Then they were done and all I had to do was e-sign. This was by far the least stressful tax process I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!
