The rate was higher and didn't include the courtesy services my insurances provides. Within the hour of doing the quote, this place has called 4 times in the first hour. Four! The following day they called me 12 times throughout the day. Leaving a voicemail each and every time. My mailbox would end up being full if I didn't take the time every day to delete the voicemails they would leave. I blocked the 3 numbers they would call me from but my voicemail would still have messages left from them. They filled my mailbox in two days while on vacation. I ended up having to change my phone number.

    Wow...just Wow…read more Eleven years with this insurance agent and I never filed a claim for the house or car. Paid all of my bills on time. I took a job in another state while my Husband has stayed at the house in Ohio. I changed my car policy to the new state, but kept the house insurance. Then the harassing phone calls and emails started - Is the house on the market, is it empty, how can it not be empty if you moved? Somehow they believed I needed to confirm every 3-6 months that my house was not for sale. I explained the situation a couple of time (was actually asked if I was getting a divorce - Yeah, they are that awesome at customer service). When I called and asked for the emails and phone calls to stop since I would notify them if I put the house up for sale as my policy required - THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY MID-TERM. Wow... Please save yourself the hassle and find an insurance agent that actually cares about you and does not harass you. Henry's Insurance Agency will probably cancel your policy for no reason too.

I had loved my previous agent but after moving I had a really bad experience. I was hesitant to trust another insurance agency but Henry Insurance treated me like family and I have been extremely happy with them. They found me a great rate with a great company. I did have to file a claim recently and it was so easy to do I didn't even feel like I was doing it. Car repair went great. I definitely recommend Henry Insurance to anyone in need.

Over the course of my client customer relationship with the Shelonda Peyton agency, it's been hit or miss. I asked for a refund and received all but $1 returned. I asked Miss Peyton's office directly via voice mail and via email through the State Farm customer service department to clarify what the shortage why the shortage, no response from either. I guess the agents mimic how Corporate Office treats its customers. Now the reason for the refund was because State Farm decided my vehicle class was too risky, which caused a spike in my premium I creasing to a monthly cost of 298.32. needless to say, I went on a search to find something more practical and reasonable so with the same coverage I found something a third of the price for the 6-month premium and proceeded to request a refund for one month's premium from State Farm. The company issued a check shorting me $1 I inquired of both the agent and the customer service department why the shortage and have yet to receive a response as to why this was more than 2 weeks ago again is representative of how they treat their customers. In addition prior to me ending my coverage I received a letter from State Farm indicating that they receive some wrong information from a reporting agency namely and LexisNexis which resulted in an increase premium for me they have yet to offer a refund on what they decided or determine was unfair I think it's the term they used and so I'm still waiting on a response from that as well. A one-star rating is too generous for the service or lack of service that I've received.
