My family and I took a shirt tour of Croft Vineyards. Lee was very knowledgeable and accommodating! We ended the tour at Stomp with tasting of their delicious wine and a delicious pizza made with Lee's cherry bbq sauce, feta and homemade dough. Beautiful setting and tasting room. Dogs are welcome. Very welcoming!

All I can say is WOW. I will be recommending this vineyard any chance I get. I could write a novel filled with my new found love for all the Croft Vineyard wines, the delicious food, the support of their local communities, family history, and some of the most kind individuals I've ever met. Highly recommend the Cherry Goat Pizza, Cheese Board, the River Runner Red wine, and the Sauvignon Blanc for white. If you are going for a special occasion I suggest buying a bottle of their dessert wine, the Sweet Sémillon. Thank you Amber and John for making our first visit welcoming, fun, warm, and one I will always cherish. Excited for many more visits!

Such friendly staff, amazing food, but best of all: incredible wine! I love the emphasis on organic grapes, natural foods, and sustainable farming practices. Will certainly return to the tasting g room soon!

The winery has multiple areas to enjoy, including a barrel room with live music, a tasting room, a patio adorned with pizza, ovens, and lots of vineyards to wander through. There is a verse and well stocked menu with plenty of drink options. Their wine is some of the best I've had in the area and is an example of how good a Pinot Noir from Oregon can be. The people who work there are very welcoming and friendly, and made me feel right at home. They have good knowledge of their wines and offerings and have plenty of smiles to hand out. Their flight is affordably priced, and the poor is enough that you can really get a sense for what the wine taste like. I enjoyed the flight (5-one ounce pours they pre-selected)...I guess that's the loss of a star--while I thoroughly enjoyed the flight, I had no choice in the pours. The pizza was delish!!! Service impeccable. A stroll through the vines was peaceful. They have a wine club--two tiers available, see the website for options & details. Shipping available.

I'll pick up a $6 from the grocery store and call it good. I go tasting every once in a while, but I don't get into the whole "notes of this" "nice nose" kinda stuff. But I will have the occasional $50-80 bottle as a treat. That being said, I got the first wine (I think it was a Pinot gris? Just a white wine) on the flight, looked at my friend (who's a winemaker) and said "this thing has notes of wet dog and sewage". She agreed. I couldn't drink it and it burned the back of my throat when I tried it. The second wine (rose) had notes of sulfur and also burned . It was easier to drink but not great. The Pinot noir was the best, I could actually drink it. Though I've had cheaper bottles that tasted better. It was very watery and didn't have much body to it. The Pinotage was very disappointing. It had too much salinity. I know that the winery was just bought out from the previous owner so they're probably just stuck with whatever he made. I'd like to come back in a couple of years to try some things that the new owners make! I didn't get to try their food, but it did look amazing. Again, service was great and very helpful, but the wine was just...not it.
