Today we visited P&S Ravioli and Georgettis in New Jersey near Philly. We bought several different varieties from both, as well as some sauce. All varieties were tough. The dough was tough. Fillings were fine, cheese and lobster, but not noteworthy. It was nice to have some local raviolis, but these fell well short of any hopes or expectations. Pass.
