There is no required contract, no constant solicitation for service more frequently than needed, no pushy sales people, no up-selling of services we don't need or control for pests we don't have. Mark is awesome and leaves nice comments on his invoices each time they come. They always come on time and are very thorough. We get charged for what we use based on the requests we make. These people pay attention and manage the relationship with the customer extremely well. We only need service twice a year and only on the exterior of the structure and the perimeter of the property to keep our place in check. We get an occasional reminder call at the frequency we typically have our service done, not on some schedule that some CRM system has determined yields optimum profit potential. Safeguard provides us excellent service with great value. You cannot possibly go wrong working with Safeguard.

Safeguard came out that very day and not only dealt with the nest, but also included a general wasp control spray around our whole yard for the same price. Additionally, since it was our first time working with them they gave us a "first time" discount. Love it! We will definitely be calling Safeguard Pest Control again.
