I…read morewanted to shop around as the usual preferred service, Safelite, couldn't get me in til after the long holiday weekend and I wanted this handled ASAP as it's our only vehicle. They quoted $450 for the job to not go through my insurance or the full $500 deductible otherwise. When I mentioned the price seemed a little steep, she blamed it on it being a local business not a national "big box" chain and the fact that they could provide same day and mobile service. Thankfully I decided to shop around instead of panicking. I easily found another local business (5 star rated) who not only quoted me far lower for same day service but I was also able to get my all my windows tinted (with a lifetime warranty) for $40 less than this business. Needless to say I felt like I was being taken advantage of in a minor crisis. Beware of these guys.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia Zagajeski, my service advisor at BMW of Henderson…read more I recently had a complicated repair involving my extended warranty company, and what should have been a relatively straightforward claim turned into an extremely stressful and lengthy process. Throughout it all, Julia was exceptional. I also want to praise others , technicians etc who were involved in obtaining the authorization for the repairs. She stayed on top of the warranty company, made numerous calls, challenged information that did not make sense, kept me informed, and most importantly, advocated for me as her customer. There were times when I was ready to give up out of sheer frustration, but Julia continued working on my behalf until the repair was finally authorized. What impressed me most was that Julia genuinely cared about what I was going through. She was professional, responsive, compassionate and persistent. I never felt like I was simply another repair order on her desk. BMW of Henderson is very fortunate to have someone like Julia representing its service department. Excellent customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly; the true measure of service is how someone responds when things become difficult. Julia went above and beyond for me when I needed it most. I am extremely grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Roselyn Tomasulo

I've been to this BMW dealership multiple times, and each visit seems to involve unnecessary…read morewaiting and delays that feel designed to keep customers there longer than needed. Time estimates are consistently given as "10-15 more minutes," only for those delays to continue repeatedly. I also found that concerns and questions are not always handled well, especially when customers challenge information or point out inconsistencies. During one visit, I had a disagreement with a manager regarding recommendations for services and purchases for my vehicle. The conversation became uncomfortable enough that the manager later apologized for coming across as though he was trying to influence or manipulate my decision-making. What was especially frustrating was being accused of relying on ChatGPT for my knowledge and questions about my vehicle, rather than recognizing that customers can have their own experience and understanding of dealership sales tactics and service practices. I expect transparency, accurate time estimates, and respectful communication when bringing my vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not reflected that standard.

I walked into without an appointment and was greeted while all the salesman were working and a few minutes later Sergio introduced himself. We talked about what I want and what my situation was. I hate dealerships but this one was different. I've owned about 20 car's throughout my years. I've walked out of countless dealers because of games, pushiness, almost harassment. Not here. Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

I also bought extended warranty because VW sadly have a lot of issues and I'm never buying another VW/Audi. Then I went to autonation VW on Sahara for an oil change as well as the one on Gibson because their oil change was MUCH cheaper. Shop around you guys, oil change here is way overpriced. Last year in March I needed to use my warranty, I specifically booked it the same time I'd be out of the country for 10 days and asked the advisor (not Evelyn, some other incompetent guy) if that would be enough time to drop my car off and get worked on, he assured me that would be plenty of time. Dropped my car off 2 days before I left the country. Told him to call or text anytime. He called me 3 days into my trip to let me know they're waiting for the warranty company to approve my claim. This went on for days of him saying they were waiting for the claim to be approved. Back and forth nearly everyday in my trip, it was never done. I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done. I should've raised hell. And the guy Andy Lammers is extremely condescending. I've dealt with him 3 separate times and they were all negative experiences. Sticking with Evelyn until I get rid of my car. 2 stars because Evelyn is great or I'd give 0.
