I learned a lesson that when you get a crack in your windshield to take care of it before the day…read moreis over because my crack spread by night fall past the point of salvation, and I needed a new windshield. This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

My husband and I had a great experience with Safelite from start to finish. Scheduling the…read moreappointment in person was quick and easy, and Maria at the front desk made the process even better. She was friendly, patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to provide us with a quote and clearly explained how the insurance approval process works. When I mentioned that our vehicle is leased, she thoughtfully pointed out that the dealership would likely require a genuine OEM windshield, while our insurance company would not approve that additional cost. She made sure we understood all of our options without any pressure. On the day of our appointment, we were quoted a three-hour service window, but the work was completed in just one hour. The technician, Kevin, did an excellent job and notified us immediately when the vehicle was ready. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and transparent. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

Once I finally got a hold of someone, she asked me for my VIN #, make and model, as well as insurance. After going to my car, giving her all that information, and making me an appointment, she still wouldn't disclose the cost of the windshield. I had to repeat myself over and over again, and said I wanted a quote so I can compare to another provider. Again, either she did not know or had me running in circles. I ended up more frustrated than I was prior to the phone call especially since now they had my information. I don't recommend this business.
