Pad See Ew with crispy pork
Steve S.

I have nothing to compare it to, but the Crispy Pork Pad See Ew was very yummy. The pork was tender on the inside and very crispy on the outside. Some crispy pork skin pieces were edible and some were too hard to bite through, but the flavor was there. The noodles were very tender, a bit saucy and tasted fresh and delicious. The spot itself is a hole in the wall type of spot, which is a part of industrial looking ghost kitchen/food court of sorts. The gentleman working there was very friendly, respectful and was happy to recommend some go-to dishes. Would try this spot again!

This is really delicious Thai food, great value for money, and the service is excellent. I love it!

Love this hole in the wall. Reasonably priced killer Thai food with my absolute favorite drunken noodles. Super friendly one man show. Must Treat YOURSELF!

#13 Spicy Crispy Pork with Rice
Kim T.

I was actually here to get Elno when my stomach decided to speak up. I walked by the bright pink menu and it immediately caught my eye! (Plus Thai is one of my fav cuisines) Ended up getting the spicy crispy pork with rice with the 'spicy' level (I mean it is in the name, hello?!) even though I'm not a big pork eater. The spice level was perfect for me. That's what I expect when I say SPICY, people!!! I have to say having an eatery that majority serves up pork is bold since I feel like LA doesn't eat pork often (my observation, but correct me if I'm wrong!) Anyway, the flavor was FLAVORING. Perfect bits of fat, tart, crunchy, spicy, and meaty pieces for you to be surprised throughout your meal. They gave hella rice, which I didn't finish lol. Also note that they call this a 'salad', which I disagree with but all good either way. Def worth a try if you are in the mood for what I just shared. See yall soon xo

Our family has been ordered from this restaurant consistency over the pass 4 months. It was amazing the first couple month, but then it started declining feom there. The portions have recently gotten smaller by 50% and on today's order they got our order wrong! We order morning glory and receive Chinese broccoli. Im thai-chinese so I'm familiar what both vegetables look like. Consistency needs improvement and they need to get their order right.

Pork belly lovers this is our spot! Food was delicious!! The pork belly was cooked perfectly and the cook was super friendly & super quick! Love the vibe here! We will be coming back!

Number 14. Crispy Pork with Morning Glory

Better than most restaurants. I've been to Thailand multiple times and this tasted authentic to me. Despite getting food late at 9PM, the pork was still so crispy and the morning glory was cooked to perfection (best I've ever had). I asked for water and he was so kind to give me Costco bottled water for free.

April 2026 combo menu

Fast service and large portions. Love Thai crispy pork and don't skimp on the garlic. Love when they put enough garlic to kill a vampire from a mile away.

15. Crispy Pork Fried Rice

Ordered delivery, what was delivered didn't look anything like the pictures in the menu. And the food was very salty. Never again

The food quality is artisanal and delectable and they are beautifully presented. My family always order the Pad See Ew, Green Curry, Crying Tiger, and Thai Iced Tea. The Pad See Ew and Green Curry are always good while the Crying Tiger is always a standout. Love the Thai iced tea, too! I suggest you order the Thai iced tea to go with the food at the same time or you might swill the drink until there is nothing left. Service was excellent. The staff exuded emotions of joy. If you see them smile then you smile back which equates to happiness. Food also comes out fast which is great especially when you are hungry. I like the interior. The lighting and mix of colors feel completely deliberate, structured and cozy. Honestly, environment can decide the mood. Price is reasonable for the experience you receive. The quality of food, the cleanliness, and the satisfactory service are all worth the price. Tiny, cozy space with only about 4 indoor tables--ideal for quick lunch or takeout/delivery more than lingering group dinners. Clean, casual, no-frills atmosphere with helpful staff. It's a "hidden gem" or for authentic-feeling Thai flavors with a Hainan chicken focus. The Combo lets you pick two of the three Hainan chicken styles (steamed, fried, or grilled), served with garlic-ginger rice and steamed vegetables. This would be one of the restaurant's signature dishes. Fried chicken had a crispy exterior, moist/juicy interior, and good flavor even without sauce. Pairs well with the sweet-and-sour or house sauces and aromatic rice. Steamed version was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned with ginger-soy/sweet soy elements and the rice was flavorful and aromatic. Grilled chicken is also a solid option that rounds out variety. Generous portions, good value for sampling styles. Pad Ka Prow had ground chicken base with optional fried egg. Classic Thai stir-fry of meat with chili, basil, bell pepper, and onion, served over rice. Very limited seating can mean it fills up. Strong recommendation for the Combo if you want the signature Hainan chicken experience with variety, and for Pad Ka Prow as a well-regarded classic Thai order (especially with the fried egg). The restaurant delivers reliable, flavorful Thai food in a no-frills package, making it a solid Valley Village pick for takeout, a quick meal, or trying the house chicken specialties.

I usually get food to go, so it was nice to sit down and experience the restaurant in person. One of the things that caught my attention was their lunch specials. The prices were cheaper than a lot of other places I have been to, and considering the portion sizes, I thought it was a really good value. I always appreciate a lunch special that actually feels like a full meal and not a smaller portion just because it's discounted. I ordered the Thai Iced Tea along with the Pad See Ew lunch special, which came with a salad and some rice. The salad had a Miso Ginger dressing, which had a wonderful flavor. My friend also went with the lunch special and ordered the Orange Chicken. We were both surprised by how filling the meals were! Definitely enough food to leave you satisfied without feeling like you needed to order something else. The restaurant itself is pretty quaint and has a cozy, casual feel. There are a few tables inside, along with some additional seating in the back. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Parking is something to keep in mind. They share a parking lot with a few other businesses, so there is a small lot in the back, but it can fill up. There is also some street parking in front and residential street parking nearby. Overall, I'm glad I finally stopped in. Between the affordable lunch specials, generous portions, friendly service and casual atmosphere, it's definitely a spot I would come back to. I'll truly be back, especially for another lunch special!

They were like thin glass noodles. When they arrived, they were in one glom and almost impossible to separate. The shrimp were a little overcooked as well. Still, won't be going back.

There was several options but based on the reviews, we said let's try this place. Came into Thai victory restaurant about 8 PM. There was only one other table that was taken. We were greeted immediately and sat & waters were brought. I didn't wanna wait. I just wanted to start on appetizers and on dinner right away. I placed an order for starters and it was the chicken satay. Oh my gosh, this is so yummy. The peanut sauce was creamy not thick and the chicken skewers were tender. There was also a side of cucumber, red onion with vinegar, sugar mixture that you could munch on as well. From the menu, I selected chicken pad Thai, chicken Larb, shrimp, fried rice, and let me tell you that was enough for four. It could probably have stretched five people. Everything was delicious and well balanced and not spicy . The cook made it perfectly seasoned ,citrusy, I think if I would've ordered another entrée, it would've put us over the edge. I would've somehow found an area in my stomach to put it though ! I love Thai and I felt maybe there was some influence from Laos ! The flavors Wow ! I'm so glad I found this gem on Victory Boulevard. If you are in the area, this place is a must stop. It's kind of one of those hole in the wall hidden gems that everyone drives past, but this secret has to get out of this place is amazing!! Everything on all of the entrée plates was gone. That's how good it was!
