The original burger is the balm - the meat is very tasty and crispy on one side; because there's no lettuce, tomato, etc, it stays warm while you're eating it; the sauté onions really compliment the burger; and the bun is as fresh as they get. I always see this place driving by on the freeway. It is easy to get to and I wish I had visited sooner because I was missing out on great food. The team member at the counter was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu. She was even very nice to give us a little extra onion rings and fries that were great compliments to the All American Burger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The service was quick. Came here for lunch while on a trip for soccer tournament. Location was off the 5 freeway and super easy to find. I was there right when they opened at 11 for lunch, had the all American burger and onion rings. Everything was delicious! Burger was cooked perfectly and they offered tons of fresh veggies. We had an all American burger with mustard, clean, fresh chopped onions and lettuce well distributed throughout. Every bite was clean and truly all American. I had the cowboy burger with crisp bacon, bbq sauce, jalapeños, both on a light brioche bun that elevated the smashed meat burgers that allowed the flavors shine. Their onion rings and fries were hot and crispy with a bit of crispy coating that made it even more enjoyable. This little mom and pop shop was so delicious and welcoming. The burgers were yummy, hot and served quick! . But the incredible friendly service is what took it over the top. Having owned a little cafe myself, it's always the service that lingers well after the meal. The owner even treated us to a complimentary decadent dingdong shake. Wow. I found this place on Yelp and was surprised to see a 5 Star review. I eat out often and used to own my own restaurant chain. Boy, was I surprised! It was not only the Best Burger that I have had in many years, but the service and the pride of ownership was outstanding! It is family run, with the parents actually working in the restaurant and the kids working very hard to keep up such a high rating. They easily exceeded our expectations. My husband and I went to eat lunch at Crispy Burger about two weeks ago as he had never eaten here before. We were warmly greeted when we entered the restaurant and the owner made some recommendations .The food smelled so incredible that we decided to just eat in the car instead of waiting to eat lunch at home. I live in Paso Robles and i pride myself as a burger connoisseur so I've been to a few places in my life. This burger is better than 99 percent of the places I've ever visited. The crispy burger was phenomenal and followed it up with the cowboy burger. The jalapeños have a kick but the burger has an array of tastes. The staff are friendly, attentive, and amazing. The burger bowl and shake were outstanding but what was something that was super impressive was the customer service. We ordered burger bowls and a single and double OG. We got the bowls, but I didn't realize the OGs were missing. I called them, and they were fantastic. They apologized, had someone deliver the food, refunded us, and gave us some extra food and drinks. I appreciate that, and they said yes, they made a mistake, apologized, and then made it right. And I would add they went above and beyond to make us whole on our order. So I highly recommend the food, especially the bowl, for Keto fans and really recommend it based on customer service. We came upon this spot while making a trip to Oceanside . The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and welcoming . The rest of the staff appears to be all hands on deck as well which would explain why we got are food so fast . The OG Burger was delicious , the french fries were crisp but those damn onion rings had to be the best I've ever had . The only con I will say is the space is small inside however they do have outdoor seating and have been only open for a couple months so maybe they'll expand more.
