I cannot thank enough Dr. Sethi, Bibiana and the entire staff of Crisp Vision, Monterey, for their distinguished service, patience, great expertise and professionalism in dealing with their patients promptly and efficiently. I have been their client for the last five years. I had poor vision in my left eye, but thanks to Dr. Sethi's knowledge and competence, he suggested that I use hybrid lenses for my eyes, which I did and the results were that I can see now 20/20. Dr. Sethi and Bibiana communicated with my insurance provider and got their approval for paying for my lenses, then scheduled me for regular appointments to try out the lenses and learn how to place them in my eyes. Dr. Sethi and his staff were always there to provide me with advice and tips on how to take care of my eyes. I feel extremely grateful to Dr Sethi for improving my vision and giving me hope with regard to the future health of my eyesight. He has my full trust and I rely on him completely when it comes to maintaining the health of something as precious as eyesight. read more

I have been Dr. Sethi's patient for several years and have consistently had one positive experience after another under his care. From my very first appointment, I was impressed by his thoroughness and conscientiousness. In addition to the routine exams and care of my eyes, Dr. Sethi has been instrumental in making sure that I received accurate diagnosis for several eye conditions I have. He has worked closely with other eye specialists, when necessary, to ensure I have received not only correct diagnosis but the best possible treatment for each condition. He and his staff have always been respectful and professional. His office has always been very responsive and helpful to me with everything from insurance coverage concerns to getting any questions I have for the doctor answered as expediently as possible. Dr. Sethi always listens to me, explains everything in terms I can understand without being condescending and answers my questions. I trust this doctor and have great respect for him and his staff. read more

This July, my wife and I will celebrate four (4) years as highly satisfied optometry patients of Crisp Vision Optometry in Monterey, which is very competently staffed by Anil K. Sethi, O.D., his wife Priya Sethi, and a well trained support staff. During each of our appointments, we have been treated professionally and courteously, we always have had our questions answered completely, and appointments are easily made and kept in a timely fashion. In addition, we have found that both the professional service and the prescribed eyewear are reasonably priced. There are a number of other sources in Salinas for optometric services, but we are willing to make the round trip drive to Monterey because of our high level of confidence in Dr. Sethi and his responsive staff. Based on our long term experience, which includes other eye care providers, we happily can recommend Crisp Vision Optometry without reservation. read more

My name is Karen Reinhard. My children and I have been patients at this great office ever since we moved to Monterey. I made the right choice because every visit has been pleasant, and with the expertise of Dr. Sethi, we learn more about our vision. My children get so excited to see their eye on the screen and get curious about it. Dr. Sethi always takes time to explain about the changes to our vision now that we are being extensively exposed to learning online. That attitude touched me a lot because I have been to office where only surfaced things are mentioned, and they are quick to get you out of the door. I could not be more pleased with this office and the welcoming staff. I have searched for sometimes for an office where my children and I will be treated fairly and with dignity, and I did find it. Keep up the good work, Dr. Sethi and Pria! My respects! read more

My experience with crisp vision has been amazing the staff and doctor we're caring, patience and exetremely helpful in helping me to get fitted for my contacts. The staff took the time to send me helpful videos on how to insert my lens and when i became fraustrated about not being able to get them in my eyes the staff explained that it would takes some time but that in due time it would become second nature, to my surprise the first day i was home i was able to get both lens in on the first try. Yay Dr.Anil k Sethi is a wonderful doctor whom worked with me ,came up with a plan explained to me exactly what my eye condition was and how he could help me. I feel like this was a life changing experience as i haven't been able to see this CLEAR in several years. Thank you so much doctor i would and have recommended you to my friends and family and anyone in general. read more

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this office, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. My visit left me dissatisfied on several levels. Firstly, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. There was a considerable wait time, and it felt like the appointment was rushed once I finally got in to see the doctor. Moreover, I found the office staff lack effective communication. They didn't take the time to explain my diagnosis thoroughly, leaving me with unanswered questions and concerns. It's crucial for a healthcare professional to ensure their patients fully understand their conditions and treatment options. Additionally, the office environment was not welcoming. The waiting area was cramped, and the overall atmosphere felt tense. A more comfortable and inviting environment could greatly improve the patient experience. read more

Crisp Vision Optometry is my number one choice. The staff is always very friendly and courteous, and I have never had to wait a long time to see the doctor. I find Dr. Sethi to be very knowledgeable and he will take the time to explain answers to any questions that you have. For example, I have been considering lasik surgery for a while but I was unsure of the procedure and Dr. Sethi gave me a comprehensive explanation and even showed me an animation of the procedure which did put me at ease. I have now made an appointment and plan to get lasik within the next couple months. The office is clean and modern and all their instruments are up to date with the latest technologies. If you are looking for a new optometrist, I would highly recommend this one! read more

I have been ignoring my eye discomfort for years until I couldn't anymore. My eyes were getting blurry at a fast rate and I experienced intense light sensitivity, my eyes ached which lead to migraines. I never knew that the cause was dry eye syndrome until Dr. Sethi suggested to do the Miblo treatment. I couldn't recommend this treatment more for those with dry eyes. No medication involved. I was quite surprised that after only two treatment my vision got better, the whites of my eyes are less red, I could tolerate the outdoors without having to wear sunglasses even when it's gloomy and less migraines. Priya and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. read more

I visited Dr Sethi's office recently, and was pleasantly surprised. The office is very nice. I found the the employees very helpful. I had the most through eye exam in over 20 years. I found the Dr very knowledgeable and approachable. He knew a lot about corrective surgery as well as specific diseases that he tests for that I did not find other Dr's doing in their office. The prices were more than reasonable and I liked that he carries a variety of frames and really took the time to go over all my options. My overall review of this office is great, and I would more than recommend my family as well as friends here. read more

I have been to many eye docs who could not seem to get my correction right. I have worn glasses and contacts for years, and never felt I had the perfect prescription. This Doc spent a lot of time with me, the most any Doctor has spent. I had a very thorough exam, and he was excellent in his explanations. The office is very nice and clean. They have a good selection of frames. I bought my first pair, and was very happy with the prescription. I purchased a second pair for emergency. The staff is kind. I will be taking my Mom there very soon. This is a good office, which spends time, and does not rush you through. read more

Dr. Sethi is very professional and very thorough. He gives you all the facts necessary to make decisions on how you want to proceed and his office equipment is all state of the art.
