We have been very satisfied customers for over 4 years for all our families optical needs. They Aways received a 5 Star rating for the service and care. Yesterday took my expensive prescription sunglasses in after a minor fall where my temple bar was a bit torn off and totally out of alignment! Walked in and their most efficient receptionist took the glasses right into a technician..... To my surprise, and much gratitude my glass frame was saved! Blink use to have excellent customer service. They have this new answering message which takes a message and no one answers the phone anymore. I have called 5 times in 1 day for them to return my call to a number I did not leave on the voice mail, called me back but then hung up the phone, called and checked new insurance and then went to make an appt, phone call was disconnected and never received a call back. Called back again and left a vm message mid-after and it's the next day and no one has called me back. Come on, do you have so many customers now you no longer have to worry about customer service. I brought my entire family and recommended this business and it is not reasonable to have to make 5 phone calls to the business. Last year this service returned your called promptly, handled questions in a timely manner. Dr are great. They are more expensive but the service and efficiency was worth it. Not sure if this is the new phone system or if it's new staff. Do better Blink. read more

I was originally a patient of Dr. Conklin's in Carmel, but when he retired, I had to find another Doctor. I have Guardian insurance and BLINK was a preferred location. I made a reservation during COVID19 (July 2020) Luckily they had a cancellation and I got right in. They had me stay in m y car and call when I arrived. Once I called, a staff member let me in and took my temp. From there another staff member took me to the back to do some measurements and some tests. I had Dr. Telma Barseghian and she was wonderful. Very kind, informative and patient. She made me feel very comfortable. After my exam, I wanted to pick out some frames. Lauralee (Her name was beautiful, but I cant remember if it was something like Lauralee or Lauralin...I apologize) helped me. She was SUPER nice and very patient with me. Due to covid19, I told her my style of glasses and she picked out a few frames for me to try on. And she is WONDERFUL at her job! She picked out a stellar pair for me, All in all I had a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend them. read more

My teenage son has wore glasses since he was two with a very complicated prescription so we never even thought about contacts until he needed them for waterpolo. He's had a lot of medical procedures done and struggled with anyone touching his eyes. The team here was great patiently working with him over multiple visits, even staying after regular hours, to make sure he was able to get contacts. Dr. Fogg is a super optometrist. I recently relocated to Carmel and needed to find a local provider. I was nervous about finding a new doctor, but I needn't have worried: he's friendly, approachable, and put me at ease immediately. He fitted me for new glasses and contacts, and I am amazed at the major improvement in my vision for both! No one in the store, won't assist without an appointment to buy when I had my prescription. Would not make an appointment live so said I had to call one. One of the rudest experiences ever. Would never trust this lack of care with my eyes. Lost us as customers forever. Don't go!!! read more

I'm visiting from LA and my nose pad came off of my sunglasses. I had to wear my sunglasses with one missing nose pad which was very uncomfortable. Brianna was so nice and helpful. Went to Blink today for a routine annual exam exam as a new patient. Love this place and the staff! Easy to make an appointment, extended hours avaliable, and wasn't too hard to find. Most businesses tout their customer service. And providing good customer service is pretty straight forward when everything is going well. Real customer service excellence is tested when something is not going as planned. My initial eye exam with Dr. Fogg was great. Efficient, friendly and thorough. After the exam I met with Omar the technician and we selected frames for my daily glasses, and 2 sets of prescription sun glasses. His expertise was very apparent. I received my glasses and everything was perfect. I ended up having an issue a week or two later with the lenses on my daily glasses. The night time glare was really bad. Omar took a look and found an issue with the anti-glare coating. He arranged to have them replaced, and made sure there were no defects before I picked them up. A few weeks later the ear pad area broke on the frames. I dropped by at lunch, expecting to leave the glasses and have a new frame ordered. Omar took a new frame he had just received, swapped the lenses and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Perfect customer service! I highly recommend Dr. Fogg and the team at Blink Optometry. read more

I called Blink to schedule an appointment after looking at several other options. The decision to go to Blink was based on wanting to support a local business vs corporate, the fact that they have a great lans choice and they are located in a nice shopping center that is very convenient for me. Turned out to be a great choice. The woman who answered the phone anf scheduled my appt was very helpful and friendly. Went in for appt and front desk receptionist, super friendly. got called right away (at my appt time) and the woman who did my preliminary testing was awesome. She explained all the tests and made me feel very comfortable!! I saw Dr Fogg, super personable and knowledgable. Gave me a lot of information and laughed at my jokes (hey, it counts). After exam i was escorted to LauraLee (only name I can remember) and she was fantastic. She picked out some frames for me (my request) and helped me pick the right one. It's nice to have an outside opinion. They have a very unique frame selection and for all budgets. I went with a Modo frame. I will be taking my family to Blink Optometry. oh and the office...super nice and very modern, clean and organized. A well oiled machine. Stellar! I am extremely particular about my eyes and highly critical of any Optometrist. My experience at Blink was impressive. The office/store is nice and bright, with a seemingly endless selection of glasses across a variety of styles, from sporty to sophisticated - and the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Once I was "in the chair" I noticed that everything was very neat and clean - and Dr. Fogg washed his hands right in front of me to start the session. I love that! Everything went smoothly and he let me know if he needed to touch my eye, making things comfortable for me the entire time. The whole experience was absolutely exemplary.
