Awesome awesome service!!!…read more My mother-n-Law was visiting and had to get a new phone. Stopped in this location and I was impressed by the owners attention to service. The owner recommended a phone (not trying to oversell) that was newer but similar to my Mother-n-Laws old one and she also made sure all of the data was retrieved and transferred. The old phone wasn't backed up and the screen was severely damaged (wouldn't stay on for more than 10 secs) so it was a challenge. The owner spent 2 hrs on it to make sure the new phone had her contacts and pics- that's a great customer-experience. Makes me want to leave Verizon just to support this store

The entire experience was fantastic. She helped with an upgrade for my son and I and also a problem I had with the account. I was having a problem with my account being switched to business when it should have been a personal account, Olivia's expertise and professionalism were immediately apparent. She took the time to explain why that happened, patiently answer my questions, which made me feel confident and at ease. She upgraded us to the newest iphones and the process was very informative. I especially want to commend Olivia's for finding a creative solution for our problem and her positive attitude. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It's clear that she is a huge asset to your team. I will definitely be a returning customer because of this exceptional service. I recommend to anyone to go see Olivia Depamphilis at the T-Mobile store in Kennesaw, ga. Sincerely, Way R.

When T-mobile merged with Sprint, I attempted to migrate my account to a T-Mobile personal account at this same location a few months ago and spent 4 hours in the store. After all of that time, The lady ran into an error and could not complete the transaction. I came back to try again and found Tony. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After an hour if research (this is how complex my account was) he knew how he would correct it and migrate it over to T-Mobile. He explained the process as he went through it and did what he said he would. Tony even took it a step further and contacted customer service to finish the process weeks later. He has been in constant contact with me updating me on every aspect. I was looking at going to Verizon after dealing with the last representative. I had been with Sprint for 20 years and Tony provided me with the customer service I was used to.

Then we were told about a $200 rebate taking 24 hours to 48 hours and come back to the store if they did not come through so we could buy accessories , when it did not come through I was told to call customer service. When I called customer service, they said there's no way that they would give you the $200 rebate that quickly. You have to wait 30 days past your trial. It is now 90 days and I still don't have it and they told me I've been disqualified from it and they've charged me for my phone , when my phone was supposed to be free when I turn in my cell phone from another cell phone carrier, which was an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I showed the gentleman my phone bill. It was $190 a month for two phone lines unlimited text talk. now I'm paying $240 a month. Total liar, stay away from them

Verizon has been trying to reach GoWireless to tell them they botched up the SIM cards, but cannot reach anyone there. GoWireless does not seem to be sorry for what they have done and do not seem to care. We are now left to borrowing others' phones to survive on a planet dependent upon mobile technology. Do not waste your time calling (770) 475-0000 unless you like hold music or the sound of crickets. You, Verizon or anyone else who calls GoWireless will go just into a hold queue for hours on end. I have my mother on my plan and she really only uses her phone for calls, texts and pictures. So I made the decision to upgrade my phone and give her my old one. Once I started messing with her phone I realized in all the years she has owned it, it had never been backed up tk the cloud. Yikes. Her biggest desire was that she not lose her pictures. I was worried since her phone was so old. I called the AT&T store and ended up talking to Shawn (Alishan). He was so friendly and helpful on the phone and told me to just bring it in and he would help me take great care of her. Before I went in I tried backing her phone up to the cloud because I knew that would make everything so simple. Thankfully that worked. When we walked in Shawn immediately started helping us. Her SIM card wouldn't work in the new phone so he replaced it for us. He made sure that her new phone was able to be set up easily because I had backed it up to the cloud. I am so thankful that it ended up being the best case scenario but I have no doubt Shawn would have made it happen regardless of how hard it would have been. He is a huge asset to that store. Thank you Shawn.
