We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. Sadly, it was repaired so cheaply. They had literally filed the corners (making it so ugly and jacked up) of my iPad and used such a thin ass cheap glass for replacement. I say this because within the same week of getting it back I was watching on the iPad holding the corners with my thumbs and it cracked under my thumb. Like wtf?! Are you kidding me? Upon further inspection I notice the screen in so thin you can literally flick it off so easily. Wouldn't recommend this place.
