We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. Sadly, it was repaired so cheaply. They had literally filed the corners (making it so ugly and jacked up) of my iPad and used such a thin ass cheap glass for replacement. I say this because within the same week of getting it back I was watching on the iPad holding the corners with my thumbs and it cracked under my thumb. Like wtf?! Are you kidding me? You have a 90 day warranty and I got the glass screen protector for half off. $99 to fix it and $15 for the glass screen protector. My total came out to be $125. At most, it took about 20 minutes. I left for the coffee shop and he was waiting for me outside when I came back. Also, I just happen to have my dog with me and thankfully he let us both in. If not, my screen would have gone unfixed today. So far everything is working and no cracked screen anymore!
