We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices.
