Geek squad told me (( it's ok ma'am if you have been making all your payments than we will fix you rite up call this # for them to send you a new phone)). I called that # and to my surprise I was no longer under protection by geek squad after 2 years they drop you....... Say what..... WHY DINT BEST BUY TELL ME THIS SAVE ME $360.00 WHY........
