Supervisor Janet and she went above and beyond to keep us as Lowes Customers. She helped us with several issues with paint, paint color matching and truly understanding the needs we personally had. We almost left Lowes and went to a competitor to get the help we needed...so glad we reached back out and spoke with a Manager! Janet in the Lowes Paint Department should be rewarded for keeping a long long long (we're old!) customers.     This review is only for the 3rd party delivery team contracted with Lowe's, San Angelo TX…read more 6/7/2026 our electric range was delivered nearly a month after purchasing 5/13/2026. The two guys delivering were the WORST! Lowe's should contact me for details. The driver tried to refuse delivery to our 2nd floor condo saying "we don't do stairs" and said he will unload onto the public sidewalk and drive off. I took out my cellphone and immediately started recording should I need proof of service. At this point I told him to do just that and I will call the police, Lowe's and let it set there. At this point his partner called his boss and the boss said to deliver it and pick up the old appliance that the customer paid for. The driver kept arguing with me saying "we don't work for Lowe's. I responded yes you do because you are contracted with them so therefore you DO work for them. The end result is our new $3,000.00 electric range was delivered and the old range hauled off. To think you pay for an appliance and haul away and some people don't want to do their job. If you don't do stairs then find another job!

    I visited Best Buy today to purchase an "audio splitter" (I initially called it a double headphone…read morething-a-majiggy to keep my two children quiet) when asked what I needed. Upon entering the store I was greeted by two Associates and they immediately knew what I was looking for from my pantomime and made up audio technical terms. One Associate called back to another on the floor who walked up to take me to where the audio splitters were located, and the product was exactly what I needed. During checkout, the Associate asked for my Best Buy Rewards information which also saved me $5.00 on the price of the item. While this is the "SMALLEST" Best Buy I have ever had the pleasure of shopping in, I can happily say this was one of the most rewarding experiences. As well as they won't update you with notifications or give a simple call back with the extension x2111 that they provide for you. It's a shame that this store has employees that work for them to fix high cost products and leave the customer in the unknown of when the product is fixed and when it is arriving and when it is ready for pick up. If you can save time by sending in your repairs online if possible. They do not care here at all. My product was sitting in their storage and no one contacted me, I had to get updates from Apple directly and I called corporate Best Buy to complain. Corporate said they would have someone and a manager call me twice and no one called. This store is absolute garbage. Their servicing needs to be reevaluated asap.

I personally hate pushy sales people, and was relieved that the guy working wasn't up my butt the entire time, yet was very available and answered out questions when we had them. We picked a couch on clearance and they immediately pulled it down so we could check it out. The purchase was smooth and quick. The salesman was so nice! We were only able to get a delivery date a week and a half out, but he promised to call if an earlier one opened up. Imagine our surprise when he called that same afternoon and offered us a date a week earlier? From start to finish our experience rocked! We're leaving the area soon, but if we were staying we'd do all of our furniture purchases here!

    I located a discontinued item at this location. It was literally only three in the entire US. I…read moreasked for verification that the item was indeed in the store; they pulled the item and sent me a picture of the box. I spoke with the manager to brainstorm ways to get the item shipped to me as the distribution center would not pick it up and ship to the store closest to me. The first salesperson put me off after a day or so. I had to call several times to followup on the item for over a week. I needed dimensions for the prepaid shipping label. The salesperson literally could not measure the box and correctly provide L X W X H. The shipping company would get the prepaid label and the store only had to ensure the item was ready for pickup. They were unwilling to assist in coordinating the shipping. The literally missed out on a sale because none of them could proble solve. Very poor customer service!!!
