Very friendly, very helpful and very professional. I admit that sometimes I just go in to play someone else's guitar. I have purchased a Fender bass, lots of strings, drum sticks, harmonicas, cords and a couple of pieces of sound equipment from them over a few years. If you buy a guitar from them it will be set up correctly and ready to play. If you want to try out a pedal, they will help you out. I almost always know what an item will cost from the online retailer before I walk in, and often, especially if I catch a sale in progress, my cost for strings and supplies competitive with my other buying choices. I like that they support our local schools with band instruments, and I try to shop local here when I can. Hope your experience with them is similar.
