I don't like hearing negative comments, and dislike even more idiots repeating themselves ad infinitum. So after repeating myself twice more, I told him I wanted him to step away. I had to repeat that as well. His response? "It's my store." Yep. Chris doesn't run the store; another guy does. But I was hardly able to express myself by then without risking becoming offensive. I am so glad I went there Jon was a huge help. Never been with AT&T and I was switching from Xfinity over to them not because there was anything wrong with Xfinity, but I was moving. I used to travel from Rutland to Middlebury for 3o miles so I didn't have to deal with him. Today out of the blue I saw an unpaid bill from 2019 when I left ATT. on my credit report. I called the company they hire Credence RM out of India and was told after 6 people and 40 minutes that ATT took back that bill and I had to call ATT. So I called ATT in India and was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to pay this bill. They told me that I could not pay the bill because I did not have an account number from a year ago. It is outrageous that we as consumers allow phone companies to treat us so poorly. ATT is the worst of the beasts. So glad I cut my bill from $190 with ATT to $90 with Xfinity, better service too.

    I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am after doing business with Digital Repair Surgeons…read more I have never had to try so hard to get straight answers out of a business. We had to get a screen replaced on my partner's laptop and for 3 MONTHS, this "business" told us *every week* that it would be done by week's end. They often would say they were "waiting on a part to be in", then say "the part is in and it will be done by the end of the week". Then, the next week another problem would appear "the mouse pad is malfunctioning" (not a problem that was present when we brought the computer in) and "the part was on the way" to fix it. Each time we had to call every week for 12 weeks because Jacob and Miranda never communicated to us first. We had finally had enough and said we were picking up the laptop done or not. Jacob said we would have to make an appointment to pick up the laptop- which costs 5 dollars for a 5 minute appointment to pick up the laptop I paid 325$ for them to replace the screen on that they kept for 3 months. When my partner arrives to pick it up- they said they just needed a "few minutes" to finish it up. The 5 minute pick up lasted 25 minutes as they were gluing the computer back together right in front of her. They then tell her not to open it because " the glue was drying". She inquired why they weren't checking it's functionality with her there like they had said we would at our initial drop off. They then assured her she could bring it back if something was wrong. She returned home and after giving the glue time to dry- they gave us- shit you not- the laptop without the charging port in the computer. For 3 months my partner was not able to use her computer for work, and we get... a laptop that you can't turn on. Sounds like something on the list of basics that a computer needs but maybe we should have waited another year for them to be finished? Who's to say? So, after calling to see if they *forgot* the charging port and receiving no response despite my partner and I calling 6 times on different days, I ended up fixing the computer myself. Luckily, this is a teachable moment and we can leave this review to warn others. Don't bother looking at the positive reviews. I thought I could trust them too but the likelihood of you having a positive experience is not worth the exhaustion of tracking these folks down to get your electronics back. Save yourself from the unprofessionalism of Jacob and Miranda and take your business to someone who cares enough to communicate with you. And gives you back all the pieces you gave them. I'm attaching two pictures so they can compare what's missing, like they do in Highlights magazine for kids.

    December 2024 I brought my Mac Book in for repair and paid the $125 requested expecting a 2 week…read moreturn around. June 2025 they will not give me my unit back. The will not answer my phone call. they will not respond to my E Mail. The will not unlock their door for me. I think they ripped me off for my $2000 computer. I am looking at legal options. If you like your electronics, FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP.
