Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job! It's less than an hour before they close and do you think they could have it ready before they close? It's been sitting waiting to be filled since last Wed. 9.24.25 Today is 9.28.25. That pharmacist called back later and said they didn't have the right number. When I called to give them the right number, a new pharmacist said they now had a policy not to give that medicine at the store and that my prescription was expired anyway, suggesting that they did get through to the pharmacy. Someone was clearly lying, not to mention messing with my health, since I need this dose every month. When I asked about what the first pharmacist had said, the second just kept saying: we no longer provide that medication. What kind of a pharmacy doesn't provide the medication you need?

I love the Northfield Pharmacy! It's an old school, mini-Department store with a wonderful little…read moregift selection that's terrific for stocking stuffers and visitors. Great greeting card and magazine section. When I need to pick up this or that -- from prescriptions to office supplies -- it's my first stop in town. Unfortunately, the terrible reviews are true. While the CVS itself has a great supply of things you…read moremight need, everything from deodorant to leggings, the pharmacy is a disaster. They don't hire enough staff to help them, so they can never meet the demand. There is always a long line down the aisles of sick people coughing and looking miserable. The people who work here are very kind,l - they just cannot keep up because there are enough of them, and they are overworked. If you designate this CVS as your pharmacy of choice, make sure to bring a mask and magazines to prepare for the long wait.
