Luckily I wasn't seriously injured but sparks flew and my outlet was fried. I go in to the Rome store today to ask for a new block and they want to charge me $10 extra dollars because the block I purchased they no longer carry and the new one is more money. I explained that I wasn't looking to make money on this ordeal, I just wanted a new block. I explained to Dion the "manager" that me paying anything extra wasn't good enough since your product was defective. I asked him if this $10 was really worth a bad review, that's when he lost his mind and got all tough guy. Sorry man, but this is a customer just trying to get whole, not get ahead. Throwing hundreds of dollars out the window to save the company $10, really! I don't care what AT&T policy states, you must have common sense to fix situations like this. The fact that he lost his composure and acted the way he did is crazy to me. Be better AT&T! Back your products and make common sense decisions to customers who have been loyal to you.
