Called up a few days ago asking about at Bush Hog I saw advertised on TractorHouse. Someone answered the phone and said he didn't know whether they had it or not. It looks like another trip to Alabama is in my future to buy a flex wing rotary cutter.

The store is beautiful. This is the nicest Ace I have ever seen especially the Gun Department…read more Sadly nobody was working in the gun Department on a Saturday which you would think would be the busiest day. I bought a Chain Saw and the young man was helpful in helping me decode the Stihl nomenclature. The issue was it took him probably 20-30 minutes to "prep" the saw. Which is just filling the premix gas tank and bar oil tank. My total time in the store was 52 minutes with only part of that shopping time. There were only 3 people working in the store that I could see and the person at the register didn't know how to take a personal check from the person at check out in front of me and had to call on the radio and get help for that. Then I was paying some cash for my purchase and the balance on a card and she didn't know how to do that either. So another wait as she calls again for assistance. Check out was a very long procedure but not as bad as the saw prep time. Everyone seems to be untrained or brand new.

I was so impressed with what I purchased that I returned the next day and purchased more jewelry. I also brought my cousin and he purchased jewelry as well. This store also has clothing and handmade purses. I love silver jewelry and after speaking with Pat (Sales Associate), I purchased copper pieces as well. This store has hundreds of pieces that are made of silver, copper, brass and other metals. The price range can fit any budget and they also have a layaway plan for those on a budget. I live in Cali and I will be purchasing more jewelry via their Internet site and by phone. If I lived there, they would get most of my money. Did I mention that the staff is simply amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly?

Anyway, was blown away by the customer Service as well as the awesome selection of handmade jewelry. We plan to go back. Thanks for not only the great item we purchased but for the great customer service!
