He told me that they "don't carry this drug, and I don't think you're going to find it ANYWHERE else, either." Funny thing is, I walked right across the street to Walgreens, and the woman at their pharmacy filled my order to the best of her ability; she spent at least a half an hour tracking down the meds by making phone calls to other pharmacies and even printing out a map so I could pick up my prescriptions without any further hassles. (Incidentally, I never even mentioned my unsatisfactory experience at CVS to her.) Want genuine customer SERVICE? Go to WALGREENS!

When asked, they will check to make sure the Rx requested is in stock. This saves us time, rather than being notified later. If it's not in stock, they suggest that we check with another CVS in our area. 2. When necessary, they will notify us of a "must contact your doctor" which causes an unexpected delay. 3. They are closed from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. 4. They are very quick in filling the Rx, We receive a text message informing us "you can pickup your Rx" after a certain time. Often, within an hour or so, we receive another text message, "Your Rx is ready for pickup at" the location. 5. I think they offer delivery service. This is very convenient for old people. Since my wife and I are approaching 80, we don't need delivery service.

And every time there IS a worker in the clothing section, they don't have a key. They'll tell you they called someone, and you'll stand there for 20 minutes until you inevitably give up. Not to mention the time I got signed up for a Walmart + subscription without my consent. I went to customer service, and she told me "yeah, there was a day where all self checkouts accidentally signed up everyone who used them." Then, she directed me to a supervisor who could help we with a refund, and said supervisor told me, and I quote, "WELL AINT NOBODY GO ON YOIR PHONE AND SIGN YOU UP." As if a worker didn't literally just admit to me that Walmart self checkouts scammed me. She then ignored me for 15 minutes so I left and went to file a chargeback with my bank. And when I went to file that chargeback, the bank told me they had someone come in that morning for the same exact reason. So they don't take any accountability.
