This place is an absolute joke. I made an appointment for a vaccine. The morning of my appointment I received a text message and email confirming my appointment with instructions on when I get to CVS. My appointment was at 9am. When I got to the store there was a sign that said that they were closed until 10am. So why, did no one call me to reschedule and why did I get confirmation that morning that my appointment was still scheduled. read more

I have been going here. Then my daughter needed her medicine a day early so she missed an entire day of kindergarten because they didn't want to give me my medicine a day early. I will never go back to that place. I feel nothing but ugly sick energy coming from that store, go to Walgreens so much better Cvs clean up your mess!!!!!!! talk to people in a nice way be kind. I have never once walked into this store and been treated nicely and also you guys don't have your things together. Slow red and unprofessional. They need a new round of employees especially in the pharmacy

I have been using CVS for years. What I have observed is they are struggling in the pharmacy. Employees are overwhelmed and desperately in need of help. It is unfortunate that they are unable to provide better support for customers. I am sure they are very much aware of this. The corporate office of CVS, particularly, the wizards that determine staffing at the pharmacy, are concerned with the bottom line rather than customer service. Mistakes can happen under these conditions which can lead to problems. Please be kind to the employees. They are trying their best.! read more

Very poor customer service. I am 20 years old, I hate to make a scene and raise my voice. This has been the only place that has ever made me do this. I have a life threatening illness if my medication isn't taken properly. I used to get my prescriptions from here and I got a text saying my medicine was ready, I go there a day later for good measure. I go, and they say they don't even have my name in the system. I repeat my name again and nothing. Then I sternly explained how I needed this medication, then they finally "found" it, they said it was an issue with my health insurance. This had happened so many times before, I just finally expressed these frustrations. After that happening 2 more times and the employees being unbelievably rude to me I switched to Young Brother Pharmacy on Main Street. They have never had any issues with my prescriptions, health insurance, and are very nice and fast. read more

I give this cvs a one star because I went to the hospital last night and they sent my prescription here. I stopped by and they said that my prescription would be ready in the morning. I come back around 10 this morning and all of a sudden their service is down. I was asked to write my number and name down once the service was up they would call. the service has been back up because I've been in the pharmacy line in my car for well over 30 minutes! and did not ever receive the 'call'. Avoid photo services. We ordered online through Minute Photo (it's what came up in a Google search) and were given a price that more than doubled when we picked up the order. We had proof of the quote but were told CVS would not honor the price given. Basically - take it or leave it. Minute Photo clearly has a business arrangement with CVS. The price should have been honored and the pricing issue taken up between CVS the third party company. read more

This is the singularly worst pharmacy in existence. Any time that I have to come here due to needing something after hours, it's an awful experience. I literally hate this place. Mathew made me exit my vehicle to come into the pharmacy with my sick 6 year old just so that I could hand him my insurance card. That's 100% something he could have taken care of in the drive thru. CVS Pharmacy is never reachable, no matter what time or what day you call. I have held for 15 minutes two times this morning, May 22. My husband has held for up to 25 minutes. He refuses to call CVS again. CVS needs to hire more people if they are to be able to help their customers. Sometimes you need to speak with a person, not a machine. All I am trying to do is schedule my second shingles shot and to check that a prescription that is waiting (Montelukast) is for 90 days instead of 30. I have requested this be switched back to a 90-day prescription several times, as it has always been, instead of 30 days. I have no idea how it got switched in the first place. Each time I get a refill, it is still for 30 days. Also, since it is so hard to deal with CVS, I have been trying to get all my prescriptions (and my husband's) set up to pick them up at one time. This also is not happening. Texts instruct me to call if I don't need a prescription filled. I call and hold for 20 minutes to let CVS know that. When I go to pick up another prescription, that prescription is there, as though I didn't call. Either CVS is hiring unqualified people, or CVS is trying to get by with too little help. Never a bad experience here. It's been awhile since I filled a prescription though, last time Mark was the pharmacist. It's all new staff now. The minute clinic was today was great, nobody in line, brought my husband in, he got that nasty virus that's going around, seems several states. So while he's getting seen I'm going to check out the deals, there's usually a lot of clearance prices on various items. read more

I went to this clinic for the 1st time and have never been to one. I met a nurse p c and she was more than I expected as far as being great. I had been sick with pink eye, bronchitis and a sore throat and couldn't see my doctor for over a week. This persons name was Susana. I'm thinking about going here for now on when I get sick. Very professional and checked me out better than the doctor that I have been going to for 25 years. read more

Rude without a doubt!! I had one coupon for $5 off cosmetics products!! One item one coupon .. went to register with no one in line !! Person - customer service.. let's repeat.. no one in line !!and just wanted 1 item !! He was flipping through pics and and sent me to the self ck out one step away!! I tried the cvs coupon tried my "customer care card " which I have had so many years! Well he did play with it and said "ready " still not working and "customer service " -- Andrew said IT'S NotTHAT HARD". A lady beside me was going to the register "80 year old woman " I told her .. you have to use self ck out" she said " but there is no one in line". I said " I know and he sent me here" i ask his name and he said "Don't Have To Disclose That!!! " Right !!customer service don't have to DISCLOSE his name!! Been using cvs with the nicest people.. These ppl are NOTHING short of a joke. They have the WORST customer service EVERRR, they're EXTREMELY rude & discourteous not to mention slow & incompetent as incompetent can get. They'll have you on hold for 30 minutes at a time JUST to hang up in your face. If they even answer the phone from the beginning. I've had to call back to back 9 different times AFTER being on hold for 20 minutes plus each time.. I've never witnessed anything so horrible in ALL of my life. It's obvious why they can't keep any help. They NEVER have your scripts available that your doctor called in days prior or that you refilled online or by phone yourself, EVEN if you waited a few days to pickup it's STILL not ready. They're specific about what meds they wanna fill & swear they're out til the next person needs the SAME med. They've claimed to have stuff on back order for a year. They have 2 windows but for the past 6 years that I've used them it's NEVER worked. Lord I can go on about this place for days. This place needs to shut down & go out of business. read more

The Pharmacist (Martin) that works at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. Following the State of Georgia's rules and regulations is a solid reason to explain to a customer. But it can be told in a respectful manner. He constantly tried to talk over me and was not listening to what I was trying to explain. When I mentioned to him he was just being mean and nasty he tried to say I had cursed at him, (which I did not) but this conversation was over the phone so I'm positive this was his way of playing the victim. Then he mentions "go to a Physician, not a Nurse Practitioner and have them write you another prescription" referring to my current FNP in Cartersville. I don't think he rules my insurance company to tell me where I receive care and nor does he have a right to degrade my care provider. read more
