You can look at the Coca Cola stuff while you're waiting. I found this place on yelp. Even though it only had one good review. But I'm glad I went and tried this pharmacy.

Inside the store, you will find some great Coke products for sale, some very cool old memorabilia, and then they also carry everything you would want in a small town pharmacy. They have a wide selection of Watkins brand products, too. If you're traveling in and around Cartersville to see the Tellus museum or the Etowah Mounds or something, it is worth a pit stop here. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the train tracks that run beside the store.

Not 1 star due to service, manager and associate were pleasant and apologetic during time there…read more Issue is the lack of knowledge about photo printer. Order took longer than it should have due to lack of knowledge about their equipment. Also, standards have apparently slipped at CVS as neither employee was even in a CVS shirt. Manager was in a tshirt, chinos, knot beanie and crocs. They were very polite but the overall look is unprofessional for a corporate store

I will NEVER step foot into this pharmacy again, even if it were the ONLY pharmacy left on EARTH…read more The (male) pharmacist was extremely RUDE and JUDGEMENTAL regarding the prescriptions I handed him. He told me that they "don't carry this drug, and I don't think you're going to find it ANYWHERE else, either." Funny thing is, I walked right across the street to Walgreens, and the woman at their pharmacy filled my order to the best of her ability; she spent at least a half an hour tracking down the meds by making phone calls to other pharmacies and even printing out a map so I could pick up my prescriptions without any further hassles. (Incidentally, I never even mentioned my unsatisfactory experience at CVS to her.) Want genuine customer SERVICE? Go to WALGREENS!

I have a lot of grievances with this Walmart, but the dog poop right inside the Home and Pharmacy…read moreentrance really takes the cake today. Impossible to try on clothes; they lock the dressing rooms, but rarely ever have a worker actually working the clothing section. And every time there IS a worker in the clothing section, they don't have a key. They'll tell you they called someone, and you'll stand there for 20 minutes until you inevitably give up. Not to mention the time I got signed up for a Walmart + subscription without my consent. I went to customer service, and she told me "yeah, there was a day where all self checkouts accidentally signed up everyone who used them." Then, she directed me to a supervisor who could help we with a refund, and said supervisor told me, and I quote, "WELL AINT NOBODY GO ON YOIR PHONE AND SIGN YOU UP." As if a worker didn't literally just admit to me that Walmart self checkouts scammed me. She then ignored me for 15 minutes so I left and went to file a chargeback with my bank. And when I went to file that chargeback, the bank told me they had someone come in that morning for the same exact reason. So they don't take any accountability.
