My favorite moment is a few weeks ago when I was out of my compression socks for work and I was able to run in, buy a pair, put them on in the store, and head off to work!! It was a life saver for me after working 4 shifts straight and not having time to wash my other socks. Due to my hectic schedule, I never call before I show up. They have never been annoyed with me even when it's 10 minutes before closing and they have to fill the prescription. I cancelled my mail order prescriptions just so I could support our local pharmacy. They also help me find coupons for one of my medications. They work hard to make sure I am getting the best price. I get excited about going in because they have cute boutique type items to look at and purchase. I am always thinking of who I need a present for when I am in there. Best of all, I was called back for my appointment ON TIME! No waiting forever to be seen. I opted to have Dr. Nguyen as my primary doctor. My last primary set the bar very high. Dr. Nguyen did not disappoint. She's wonderful. During my appointment, she listened to all my concerns, asked pertinent questions and addressed every request without hesitation. The staff on the glasses side even know my daughter and me by name -- that's how long we've been patients here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. At my last visit with my 3-year-old, I arrived at 9:40 AM and wasn't finished until after 11:30 -- nearly two hours of waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but this level of disorganization, especially when caring for a young child, is unacceptable. When I came back for my own appointment, I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before even being seen. I always arrive on time or early and schedule the earliest appointments possible to avoid long waits, but that clearly didn't help this time. It's very disheartening, because over the years I've purchased at least five pairs of glasses, two pairs of sunglasses, and two pairs of glasses for my daughter. I even planned to get another pair this month. Sadly, after these last two experiences, I've lost confidence in the practice. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere, and my mother -- who was planning to start coming here -- has now decided not to. I truly hope the office takes this feedback seriously. Loyal patients deserve better communication, organization, and respect for their time.

Zeena Optical is NOT that experience. The feeling of warmth and home is what you get the moment you walk inside. The beautiful eyewear display cases beckons you to try a pair or two on. Their frames were all fairly priced. Once you get to the back, the state of the art technology was top tier. I was jaw dropped by the ease and care of the technician guiding me through the process. After the pre eye screening tests, I was ushered into a beautiful little private office exam room where elegantly placed decor and equipment married together in perfect and tasteful style. When Dr. "A" as she is affectionately called, walked into the room, I knew this would be my forever eye place. Dr. A is not only thorough and proficient, but also she is kind and personable. She is very easy to talk to and the most important thing is that she listens. I felt so seen and heard by her. She is simply in a word fantastic. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice and friendly. I came in at my scheduled time, and to my amazement, all the workers there were exceptionally friendly. The entire exam and selecting my glasses took no more than an hour. It's the best place, and I highly recommend it!
