The worker-Melissa, whom I see others rave about, was very dismissive and point blank told me she could not help me. When I asked for clarification; it became apparent she could -she just wouldn't help me as I had not purchased the phone from her AKA She did not get commission on the sale so she was choosing not to assist me. I get it, I have worked in sales and commissions are great; but you are a salaried or hourly employee not a commission only based worker and you were the only employee in the store! You are PAID to wait on a customers current and new or future AT &T customers; you however only care about making sales and $$$. There was not another soul in the store; she just flat out refused to provide any customer service or assistance, got off her stool and walked to the back of the store and on her way said you can leave now!!! I should point out, when I told her I was in a month ago and would of purchased the phone at that time; however she was pushy and trying to upsell me options and a plan I didn't want nor need; and I didn't appreciate that, so I research the phone I wanted and purchased on the AT&T website. I am ALLOWED to purchase my phone any way I want; and when I come into the AT&T retail store I expect the same customer service and respect regardless of if you made $$$ commission off of me or not. Bottom line: I am sure is she saccharin sweet when she sees $$$$ to be made off of you; but otherwise she has no interest in helping you because you are of no $$$ value to her. We waited about 15 minutes. Thomas was amazing! He was pleasant to work with and extremely helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I had to translate for her, and thankfully another gentleman stepped in and helped us. He apologized for the inconvenience, processed our internet box return, and explained how to cancel our home internet through customer service. The entire interaction took less than ten minutes; ten minutes the first employee could have easily spared before going on break. Had I been working there, I would have helped. Customer service later informed us that we needed a 6-15‑digit PIN, which we were never given or informed about. So, I went back. When I told one of the workers that customer service wanted to speak with them directly to bypass the PIN and cancel the service, he acted unprofessionally, more focused on finding his AirPods than helping. He insisted the conversation had to be "private," which I've never experienced at any phone company and honestly found strange. He then suggested changing the PIN instead, claiming it would take effect immediately; it didn't. Customer service asked me to go back inside again (third time) so they could speak with the employee directly, just like they originally requested. At this point, it was clear he simply didn't want to do his job. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the employees at this location are unacceptable. I've also witnessed other customers expressing frustration because staff were not transparent about what they were signing up for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this T‑Mobile location to anyone.

Fortunately we live about a 15 minute drive from the Verizon Store, so off we went. It was fairly full of customers-but it took us only a 5 minute wait to see a delightful young lady named GG who quickly and without pressure, helped me pick the right phone for me. Not the most expensive, not the one with fanciest case, no, just one that would work for a technologically challenged woman of a "certain age." Everyone in the store was friendly, relaxed and so very helpful- they made what could have been a stressful experience (and trust me for me not to have cell phone near at hand is indeed stressful) a most pleasant visit. I have now been to this location twice in two weeks dealing with first a malfunctioning phone and…read morethen having issues with the replacement. Gene took care of me on my first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We reached a point where there was nothing more he could do to fix it, so he set me up with someone in customer service over the phone there. He moved on to help other customers while tech support dealt with my warranty claim, but he made sure to check on me every so often in case he could be of further assistance. When I returned and was having issues with the replacement, Gene was busy with other customers, but Jacob took great care of me. He was very pleasant to deal with, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely return to this location for my Verizon needs in the future!
