I just called and talked to the manager about my mother's phone which she purchased from them, HE HUNG UP ON ME during our conversation.
When she purchased it she called and told me the salesman that help her wasn't very helpful, he could answer her questions about even how to use the phone.
It has only been a few months and her phone locked up when she wasn't even using it. She put in her pin# and it didn't unlock it, so she took it back to them and they told the manager told her they couldn't help her. She was of course upset, she it 87 years old, she said she may as well throw it in the trash, according to the manager when I called and talked with him. He said he told her not to do that, that he would put it in the donation box, which leaves her with nothing. I told him that his salesman didn't help her properly and that he should learn to deal with elderly customers. I also mentioned that she told me that they had been paying too much for the 2 phones on their plan by approx. $16 a month, but he couldn't do anything about that either because they didn't choose the right plan. Well, isn't it their job to let them know which plan is best for them. I think that is their job! I mentioned contacting Senior Services, BBB and the Attorney General's office and he hung up on me and when I called back he wouldn't answer my call. I left a message for a call back if he knew what was good for his job and I haven't heard anything from him.
I have been a manager before and I would never have behaved like that. read more
