    Came in for a phone problem and was helped right away from a very helpful salesperson. Took care of my issue and I was on my way fast.

When we walked in to set up a new family plan, Aaron was running the entire store by himself. He had customers coming in, phones to set up, and new hires arriving for training-and yet he handled everything with calm, kindness, and total professionalism. Even under that kind of pressure (especially after his entire team had recently walked off the job), he never showed frustration or impatience. Instead, he: * Greeted every customer warmly * Made sure no one felt ignored or rushed * Carefully set up our phones and walked us through each step * Remained kind, considerate, and completely focused on helping everyone You could clearly see how much he cares about his job and the people who walk through that door. T-Mobile should be incredibly proud to have someone like Aaron representing the company-he kept that store running single-handedly and still made the experience feel personal and easy. She went above and beyond to get us set up with new phone line and a new phone. She made us aware of a different device deal that also allowed us to upgrade an existing device. My mom is a senior citizen and isn't very tech savvy; Tessa was super patient and went way out of her way to help my mom finish the set up on her phone. My mom was nervous about switching over to Verizon because she had been with AT&T for so long. I've always been a Verizon fan and Tessa showed my mom why today. Great job, Tessa! I appreciate all the kindness and care with which you supported my mom in the switchover to a new phone and new carrier.

    Visited family at the Lake and for some reason my iPhone couldn't get any reception. I know it can…read morebe spotty at my in-laws house but even in town my GPS wasn't working. Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. Please see him if you need any cellular related at the lake.

    A rating of one star is a stretch. But I ended up getting a phone from them anyway. Short version…read moreright as I enter the establishment I'm greeted with rudeness and a condescending looks and stare. Mind you I have a full Internet package TV phone and six mobile devices on their system and when I'm trying to upgrade one of my devices, it's a major inconvenience for them to go through options with me. Once we get into it, they're not even really familiar with the phone nor the process how to transfer data from the old one to the new one. Of course I'm concerned when they tell me they can get all the data except for the last year and a half of current time, which is unacceptable. Long process multiple hours. Finally got it but completely rude. Throwing glares at me and my family. They even dropped my new phone on the floor before I had time to even touch it myself. Well, I'm trying to be patient and courteous and I'm not receiving the same in return. If I didn't need the phone for my daughter, I would've been very rude in return and left, but I got what I needed, but I won't be coming back and I'll be going to a new carrier even if I have to suffer. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending them if anything steering people in a different direction, utterly an embarrassment to the company. The entire time I was there suffering through my own process. I was watching other customers experiencing near the same treatment and issues with products and services, not being for the customer, but against the customer.

    I went in to exchange a digital decoder box and get an M card and tuning adapter. After being told…read morethey didn't have either one the second girl pulled them out of the closet. I mentioned I need the USB cord for the tuning adapter and was promptly told they did not have one. After she disappeared in the back for 5 minutes returning with the cord, and now 5 customers deep behind me. She was unable to get the M Card or Tuning Adapter to scan into the computer so I was, of course, told they were bad and they would have to send a tech sometime next week. I don't live here full time so I left with nothing but a cavalier attitude of How they could care less about my cable problems. Come back next time you're down. Charter has a reputation of crappy service here. You can not get a phone number so you can call this office location. You have to drive all the way over there, no matter where you are, so you can find out they can't help you. Subsequent to this visit the 800# told me they have plenty of M cards on hand. I stayed an extra day only to be told once again, "we don't have any".
