Upon return (with my cone in hand) Ashley talked us through plan options until Jermaine (our attendant) was ready. Jermaine was also excellent in explaining our options and ultimately syncing our accounts and guiding the hubs through the upgrade process. They took my trade-in phone and held it for almost 2 weeks before sending it back to the ATT warehouse. The warehouse received it after the 30 day time limit. Because of this ATT refused to give me my trade-in credits. I tried to resolve this at the store but they gave me the run a round, telling me that I should have returned the phone to Samsung. This was a lie which was confirmed by ATT and Samsung. I even have one of the store employees on recording stating that he knew who made the mistake and that i had done everything correctly. I was told several times that the store manager Robert Evans would return my call. He never did and I assume he never will. This store is very unprofessional and I do not recommend going there. You will get screwd over.
