The "manager" Joe assured me that the screen was an "easy fix" but they would have to order the part and it would take two days to ship. Two days go by and I arrive at he store to pick up the phone and Joe says "unfortunately the replacement screen is defective". They even attempt to give me the phone with the screen hanging and not properly attached to the phone. I refuse it and they say they will order a new replacement screen. Two weeks go by and I have heard nothing so i call to check the status and Joe tells me "the screen is on back order out of stock" then tells me to call back the following week. Mind you I dropped the phone off on 2/3/2023. Another week goes by with NO UPDATE. Today I receive an update from Joe. "The phone is unfixable with a motherboard issue." The screen has been detached from the phone since he took the screen off on 02/03/2023. The phone was brand new not even 3 months old. When I started to question him, the customer service was horrible and even hostile. He started cussing at me and yelling over the phone. When I arrive at the store, he begins cussing again. He then contacts the "business owner" over the phone who is reportedly in Texas and also unapologetic over the customer service and language that his associate admits to him that he used at me. They refused to fix my phone in store or replace what they damaged. I want people to know that this company is wildly negligent and its owner is not in control.
