I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

BrandMart USA says they can't do anything, we need to talk to manufacturer. Manufacturer provides an authorization for exchange. We then try to reach out to Brandsmart to schedule an exchange and delivery. Guess what? The sales can't help, it has to be customer service. No problem, right? Wrong. Customer service won't pick up the phone. Try to access through the phone system for an hour before calling the sales line again and they try to patch me through, but ... shockingly, customer service won't pick up their lines either. The rep told me that it was $20 for the phone and that I had to pay a $25 activation fee. I have never paid $25 to activate a phone, and I was swapping it out. We already have service with Boost and the phone was lost. I have seen in some cases when you purchase a used phone from someone and use it, you are charged $10, but $25!!! When I purchase new phones, I never have to pay to swap them out for a phone on my current line. This rep was very rude and this is not a store that I will be spending my money at. I have 5 lines with boost and have been with them for years. This is the store at 2501 Palm Avenue, Miramar, FL 33025. Never will I visit this store after my interaction with the rude rep.She also told me that I could not come in and just purchase the phone alone, I had to activate it there or I could not purchase it. I have never heard of such!!!! I felt like I was being swindled. This has me thinking of moving my service to another company.

1 STAR -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I would not…read morerecommend this business based on my experience. I paid $120 on Saturday morning for a screen repair. I picked up my phone Saturday evening, and within TWO HOURS, the screen was already glitching and experiencing the same issue I originally brought the phone in to have repaired. I immediately called the owner and explained the problem. He told me to bring the phone back. Since they were closed Sunday, I returned Monday evening. When I brought the phone back, the owner told me there was nothing he could do because the phone had a crack. I explained that this was the same problem I had brought the phone in to have repaired and that I had already reported it within hours of picking up the phone. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay another $90 for the repair. So I paid $120, the problem remained, I reported it almost immediately, returned as instructed, and was then asked for another $90. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The owner became rude when I questioned why I should have to pay again for a problem I had reported almost immediately after the repair. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the apparent pressure on customers to leave Google reviews in exchange for additional discounts. If customers are being offered discounts specifically for leaving reviews, that raises concerns about how representative those reviews actually are. Customers should be able to leave an honest review based on their experience without feeling pressured or incentivized. My review is based on my personal experience: $120 paid, the problem was still there within hours, I reported it immediately, returned as instructed, and was asked to pay another $90. Think twice, ask detailed questions about the warranty, and thoroughly test your phone before leaving the store. 1/5 -- I will not be returning.
