BEWARE: THEY WILL MASS TEXT YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO OTHER CUSTOMERS JUST SAVE TIME AND THEN CALL THE…read morePOLICE WHEN YOU ASK THEM WHY THEY FELT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA!!!!! I am a long time sprint customer and I was so happy to learn not only was there a new Sprint authorized dealer near my home but they were also giving out a FREE Iwalk battery charger just for stopping by. I stopped in over a month ago and was advised they were out if the iwalk however I could reedem my coupon and add my name to a wait list...no problem... I added my name and I went on with my life. After a few weeks I received a text from a # I did not recognize advising the iwalk was now available. Problem is that in an effort to save time, the STORE MANAGER had mass text myself and 41 OTHER SPRINT CUSTOMERS to advise the device was in. My number and 41 other numbers were clearly visable in the text chain. I was then overloaded with rely to all texts the rest of the day, but it gets MUCH WORSE!!! When I went to the store with my 4 minor kids and advised the manager of my concern regarding the BREECH OF MY PRIVACY the store manager told me by putting my name on the list they had the right to give my account number and proceed to argue with me. Rather then deal with an irrate employee, I told him I would call Sprint right then and there to discuss my concern. The store manager proceed to tell me I could not call Sprint on my own cell from his store and that I had to leave. I Remained in the store and called Sprint and the store manager proceed to call the WV State Police and actually had tax payers waste money having the state police come to the store just to advise no crime has been commited!!! To make it all worse once I received my CAD number to use in a possible lawsuit, I also asked for the girls name that had been behind the counter since she was a witness to the while fiasco and she advised she didn't even work there and she was just the MANAGERS DAUGHTER!!! I am so beyond upset regarding the whole ordeal and I am pursuing legal recourse as Sprint can only do an internal investigation and possibly severe vendor relations. Hopefully some of the other 41 people in the mass text have also complained. I can tell you for sure that if by some small chance I remain a Sprint customer after this ordeal I will NEVER VISIT THE SPRINT AUTHORIZED DEALER located in the Spring Mills shopping center. They are rude, unprofessional and completely idioic to think mass texting customer account numbers to other customers is a good time save.

Mr. Case & Fix? More like Mr. Case & Can't Fix shit. So I lived about 1hr away from this place and…read moreI just so happen to be at this mall and went in for a simple screen replacement. Keep that in mind 1hr away. When I got my phone back it worked fine for about a week and the phone screen would just not turn on, it would be extremely glitchy. So I had to make the hour drive back 4 different times to this place because he could never get it fixed. A total of 8hrs was spent on driving back and forth because of the damn issues. Only thing I will say ye did give me a discount on the last replacement. I just can't believe it took 4 times for a screen replacement. Owner is a super friendly guy, but idk how far his expertise goes in repairing phones.

Came in without calling or making and appointment. Located off 40 (take the Middletown exit on 70 it's across from the Weis). I brought my iPhone in and was immediately helped (smile included). My phone was immediately priced out ($120 is not bad at all for an entire new screen and screen cover) and the repair was only to take an hour as a part was going to be delivered from their Gaithersburg location. I have a 14 and if they don't have the part for your phone it's nice they have another store they can access. Great experience, good price. Will be back as I drop my phone a lot. They have cases too!

We scheduled our appointment with Amanda who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to review our account which was an older grandfathered plan, did a comparison and helped us save money which was very nice. Amanda also explained everything about our new phones so when we left we felt good using them. The store is very clean and well organized and comfortable ! We did a few other purchases on a charging base and a really cool speaker with Alexa. Brittany also jumped in and assisted with getting us going. She also was very professional and friendly. I tried to cancel the order due to this deceptive practice and they refused.
