We came here with what we wanted already in mind. My Dad had been wanting to get a Ring doorbell for some time and just never stopped anywhere to get one. Since we already knew we were going to be in the area we made a plan to come in. Once we were in the store we made our way over to where they were and had a bit of a wait. This is the only downfall here. We had no idea that they were short staffed and were getting a little miffed that we weren't being helped. When we got to the display area for the Rings there were at least two associates there. They were helping someone and once they finished up with that customer we thought they would come back to help us. No dice. We stood around for a bit and I eventually made my way to the front of the store and asked the lady sitting by the door if we could get some help. This is when she informed me that they were short staffed and those associates that were at the display and then disappeared were 'truck staff.' I guess that means they unload product off the truck and bring it to the floor to be stocked. After a few more minutes of waiting we finally had someone to help us. We told them what we wanted. At first we were told they didn't have it. We all know that Best Buy has those nifty price displays that will tell you if and if not they have a product. Going by that we knew that it was in stock. Well there were multiple displays and one showed they didn't have any in stock. They searched the cases moving things around to make sure that they were not hidden behind other product. We were told they may not have it but to hold on a minute. Both associates, yes we wound up with two at that point when we initially had none, had disappeared. We thought that meant we were done for. The one associate had gone to the back and luck was on our side. They had the doorbell, it just hadn't been taken off the truck yet. This associate, I really wish I had gotten his name, had to climb a bit in the truck to find the doorbell and he brought it out to us. That associate deserves some kind of raise or recognition. He was very helpful. He finished the transaction for us and we made our way out the door with the doorbell and not needing to make another stop on our way home.

wanted to switch to t-mobile and my agent was very helpful. i was signing up for an age dependent…read moreplan but didn't know that i needed to be the primary account and i guess the agent didn't know either because he let my 28-year old partner be the primary. got our first bill and it was forty dollars more than the plan we signed up for. come to find out, the plan automatically switched to a plan where my partner is able to be the primary. t-mobile will not fix it. despite 2 calls and lots of conversation, they refuse to back up the agents lack of knowledge. they didn't stand behind their product but instead blamed it on a strict computer program. lamest excuse ever.

I travelled to this METRO PCS store from Martinsburg because the clerk in Martinsburg told me that…read morethey did not have the model of phone I was looking for (they also kept trying to sell me a more expensive service plan). When I got to the store in Hagerstown they actually had the phone I was looking for and they said they could transfer the number. Despite this the store manager brought up being put on a more expensive plan a couple of times. I told them about my experience at the other store and that I really didn't want a new plan at which point the manager made some comment about me being triggered. After going through a 30 min process to get my new phone activated, the manager turns around and tells me that I can only get a new phone with the new plan and that I would have to contact the company to change that plan back. He said the only way to get a new phone without a new plan was to do it through the company, I decided to get a new phone without a new plan through T-Mobil website. When I contacted the website they told me what I had just been told at the store in Hagerstown was completely untrue. This company seems to combine the hard sell with misinformation to force you to get a more expensive plan. After the four hours I spent on this I should be the one getting paid!

Very friendly but parts are junk. Wife's iPhone had a broken screen. Took it in for a new screen…read moreand a battery replacement while it was opened up. First they forgot to replace the battery and had to open it back up. Upon leaving the store I noticed that the new screen constantly cycled the Lock Screen on and off at random. Also would not charge properly. Took it back a few days later and they agreed to replace the battery and the screen. After replacing the screen and battery they couldn't even get it to turn back on. Turns out both screens were defective out of the box. Junk parts. Replaced the screen again and it worked fine........for a week. Screen cracked under the glass and the phone was completely unusable. Took it back and was told that it was physical damage and they wouldn't warranty it. They were willing to replace the screen again at a cost. I said no way I'm doing that and I will never have a phone repaired by anyone again after this nightmare of an experience. It may not have been there fault but the parts they sell are junk and very fragile. After approximately 3 hours of wasted time and $200 I would never recommend them to anyone.
